I have been a patient at this office going on 9 years now. When I started coming SMD my teeth were not in the best shape due to not having medical insurance to maintain them like I should. Dr. Jed and his crew took me in and developed plan to get me back on track. They are amazing! I’ve never ever had a bad experience. They treat you like family and go out of there way to make you comfortable during procedures. I would highly recommend everyone to come over and and experience the great service they provide. Everybody knows that the dentist office is the last place you wanna be. I always have the best dentist visit ever! I've been a patient of Dr.Ferguson and crew since 1974 as well as my brother and now his wife and his children and grandchildren, that come from Charlotte for their dental care. They are so professional and so gentle from the beginning to the very end of your appointment. Dr. Franklin is awesome as well,you just can't go wrong at Smokey Mountain Dentistry.. I PROMISE!!

I have to say that the people at the Smoky Mountain Dentistry are the greatest. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but they make it very pleasant and make you feel so calm and relaxed as possible. Dr. Franklin is very kind and listens to what I have to say. My Hygienist Rhonda is the greatest and you can't beat the folks at the front desk.
