I'm really sorry to leave a bad review.
I read all the good and bad reviews...
I gave them a chance anyways....literally I could work there with the 0 experience I have and I'd blend right in!

If you're desperate and have no other choice I guuuuesssss better than NOTHING.

I swear I'm not a hateful person.
I'll give your clinic some tips

Introduce yourself
Smile
Dentist, talk about what you see and explain to the person what's going on, you walk in for a minute then leave without much explanation
Be more compassionate
Clean your lobby
The hygienist I saw knew hardly anything, very very rough when doing her work, holy! Lol

Hire more professional workers.

I'm sure the dentist is good at what she does, but there's a lot making this place not so comfortable and appealing.

Don't go to this place they don't care about you or your children front desk clerk is rude and nasty. I missed 2 apt 3 yrs ago pd for the missed apt out of my pocket even though my child has Medicade tried to make another appointment for my kid who is in pain they refused my child refused to let me speak to someone in charge and cussed at me. SERIOUSLY BAD COUSTMER SERVICE

This has been the best dental experience I've ever had. The ladies are so awesome! Such a comfortable experience

I love About Smiles Dental! Front office staff is very friendly and willing to work around my schedule all the time. They are very helpful with explaining everything with my insurance and treatment plan. All hygienists are thorough and informative on what treatment needs to be done. Dr. Sampson has done a root canal for me and she did an amazing job! Highly recommend!!!

Always have an amazing experience here! The staff is always super nice and helpful! They have always been great fitting around my schedule, I have never felt it has been the other way around! From the moment you are greeted when you walk in to the moment you leave it is just a great atmosphere! My children love Dr. Sampson! My 4 year old even asks when do we get to go back to the dentist? 🤔😁

I went to Smiles Dental in Fargo because they were a preferred provider for my dental insurance meaning I would get the best possible rates from them for dental services. I gave them my insurance information weeks prior to my appointment and I also sent them the treatment plan from my non-preferred dentist. They had plenty of time to get a quote on exactly what my insurance would cover. I assumed they had since prior to being treated, I was given a paper stating that the services would cost approximately $400. I paid it in full that day. Six weeks letter I receive a bill for and additional $536. When I called to ask what was going on I was told that it is not their responsibility to know what my insurance would cover. The woman was rude and condescending saying it was my fault and I should have contacted my insurance carrier to see what they would cover as it was not their responsibility. When I booked an appointment with them I was never told to contact my insurance carrier, I was told they worked with my insurance, were a preferred provider and would handle everything with my insurance. If it was my responsibility to contact the insurance carrier then why would you hand me an estimate? And if you are a "preferred provider" why was your estimate off by $536? You are a DENTAL office that processes DENTAL INSURANCE claims ALL THE TIME. If this is the level of service Smiles Dental provides and the attitude when someone questions it I would recommend finding another dentist. Buyer BEWARE!!

Incredibly nice. I typically have huge dental anxiety and they were so nice and professional. I had an abscess bothering me for days and they were able to squeeze me in. When an endodontist couldn't get me in for a root canal, they made time for me. Truly lifesavers and I will be going here from now on!

I honestly love Dr. Svetlana Sampson, but today was a horrible experience for me with About Smiles. Basically my appointment was cancelled because they haven’t spoken to me for confirmation. I didn’t realize confirmation was a must. I thought I set an appointment and then show up to that appointment. So I waited months for my appointment and now have to wait two more months. If that’s their policy, okay fine. I can’t change that, but what I think should be changed is the attitude of the manager Jessica. She was very rude.

I love About Smiles! Every time I've gone there for a cleaning or any fillings done, they've been so kind and helpful. I love that Dr. Sampson explains what she's doing as she's working, and she's very gentle. They have really convenient hours, as they are open on Saturdays and past 5, so it's great for people with 8-5 jobs. I've recommended them to a few of my friends and they've all had great experiences as well!

WOW! I am so impressed, had an emergency on a Friday afternoon and you were able to get me in within an hour and a half. The care I received was friendly, quick and very caring. Just started a new job, have no insurance, that wasn't a problem. You didn't try to sell or talk me into other dental work. You did exactly what needed to be done. And at the end, the bill was so acceptable. Thank you!! I will be having my records transferred and am thrilled to be a patient at "About Smiles"
