Aspen Dental

I was not impressed with Aspen Dental. I had to wait 35 minutes for the technician to call me to get started. When I asked if they were always late, her response was vague, at best. The four stars are for the hygienist and the dentist. Both were prompt and thorough in discussing my case.

Felt like they were trying to sell me things I didn't need. Price of service quoted at time I booked the appointment was $400 less than price quoted at appointment and they said they couldn't honor the price I was quoted. Only positive was 18 month no interest financing.

I had the most wonderful hygienist do my cleaning today 11-20-2019. She was positive efficient and offered my jaw a break every 2 teeth which I thought was great. Her name was Jackie and I just wanted to give her a shout out.

I called Aspen Dental when I was having consistent tooth pain that was making my life miserable whenever I ate it drank anything at all. They were able to schedule me for an appointment within a few days to have the issue checked out ASAP.
The quality of care and professionalism displayed by everyone at Aspen extends throughout your whole visit. They want to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible and that any questions or concerns you have are addressed so that I always am informed when it comes to what options there are.
Combine this type of experience with the option to be able to finance the care that is given and Aspen Dental truly gives you the feeling that you come first as a patient.

went to have a tooth pulled but they said my blood pressure was to high got a waver from my doctor; had to make a special trip. asked if they would do it then if my pressure was a little high and was assured that they would pull it the next day. then after a full exam I was told my blood pressure was to high!!!!! many trips for nothing...... but they did refer me to and oral surgeon who did pull it the next day.. what a runaround and extra expense,,, but I did finally get relief

At 56 years old, I've seen 10+ dentists over the years. ATTENTION ALL PEOPLE THAT ARE AFRAID OF NEEDLES! This is the only place where I DID NOT feel the needle poke me or inject in my whole life. Dr. Johnson has hands of gold. She injected me in two different places and aside from her hands in my mouth, I didn't even know that she had done it. I have never had the kind of care I received at Aspen. The entire staff from the front desk to the dentist were absolutely amazing. Dr. Johnson, while she looks young, has the most steady and precise hands ever. It's almost as if her arms are robotic. I l looked up her school, and it turns out that it is one of the more modern dental schools in the country. She is well educated and as up to date on the most modern dental practices as a dentist can possibly be. She's also extremely kind, non-judgmental, very calming, and fun to be around. Pricing is great, staff is excellent, office is clean and modern, it could not have been a better experience. I will shout to the high heavens to every person I know to give Aspen a shot, as far as dental offices go, it's that good!!

One of the worst experiences of my life!! The surgeon broke lots of bone out of my jaw and left pieces of tooth and bone in my gums because he was in such a hurry to get someone else in the chair. Finally go to get my permanent dentures and they screwed up the bite and I was stuck for weeks waiting for final delivery. They never fit right from the time I picked them up and when they finally popped out, after and extended stay in Nevada and Utah where there are no Aspen Dental's and were entombed in concrete they told me if I need another bottom made it was going to cost $1300. So much for a 100% guarantee. And finally, after paying for full anesthesia and having to undergo the procedure awake they never refunded the difference. I would rate my experience with Aspen Dental a zero if I could!! My ordeal started in Florida and ends in Fargo. I advise everybody to look for an alternative to Aspen Dental!!

I am 54 yrs. Old . after 45 yrs. of neglect and disregard for my teeth, I could no longer stand the pain my teeth were causing me. Seen an ad on TV for Aspen Dental, I decided to go and check it out. From the moment I walked through the door the very first time, I was treated with respect and dignity and true concern over my well being. All the anxiety and apprehension I felt inside was made to disappear. Kara(psr)& Hailey(psr) immediately put my mind at ease. By saying they would take care of me there. And everyone I met there after from Samantha the dentist assistant and Sheila the dentist assistant, showed me nothing but compassion and straightforward understanding, explaining every part of the process of what I would go through to ensure that my dental needs were met. Dr. Krista Johnson, was amazing. I needed a lot of work, from extracting 15 teeth or more and being fitted with a full set of dentures. And when I stood up from the exam she looked up at me and said we will be like family by the time we're done. After that I I went to see Melinda the office manager , who like all the others took me under her wing , again walking me threw the whole process from picking out dentures to payment options. She talked to me like somebody she knew and not just someone who she is selling dentures to. She help me formulate a good plan , from starting out small and working into the top.. which was perfect for my budget situation . Like a good mechanic that you trust to work on your car, I trust the associates at Aspen Dental in Fargo to work on me and get the job done right . I THANK YOU for being there !

Worst experience ever. On my fist exam, they had me waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to get xrays done and then they had me wait another hour to see the dentist who literally took 5 minutes to examine my mouth. I then needed to schedule an appointment for a cleaning and a cavity fill and they called me back 3 times to reschedule it because the receptionist or whomever kept messing up time slots. 2 months later on the 3rd rescheduled time they gave me, I came in and they said that my appointment wasn't until next week when the receptionist clearly told me it was that day. This whole time the staff was extremely rude and acted like they didn't know what they were doing. The girls behind the desk are very snotty and are not apologetic at all for messing up my appointments. Oh and on top of everything, I keep getting a bill from them for the exam even though they claim that your 1st exam is free. I've called them twice already to get it taken care of and they keep saying they'll do it but it's been months and I'm still getting the bill... They seriously need to get it together

Made a appointment with the frago location 2 times and they lock the doors both times don't waste your time with this place and don't bother calling them because they will not answer ! But how ever they will look at you through the window I'll try somewhere else and I'll make it know people have better options then a place like this
