I can't believe how unprofessional and rude this dentist was to a 12 year old! She wouldn't take no for an answer, after asking the same question 5 times he finally said yes which was the answer the dentist wanted but wasnt the truth. Bullying kids is not ok

Absolutely the worst dental office I have ever been too. The hygienist is EXTREMELY rude and has a terrible bedside manner. She was not kind or careful around sensitive teeth or the few cavities I had and if I got jumpy or nervous she would get mad at me and tell me it's my fault that it hurts. She was so rough that she cracked one tooth and broke the filling in another, they told me it was my fault they broke and I would responsible for paying for the repairs. and every cleaning I left with cut up gums. Dr. Lynne spoke maybe two words to me, never introduced herself, and never sat down with me to make a repair plan and when I broke a tooth and made an emergancy appt to get it pulled, she decided she wouldn't pull it and referred me to an oral surgeon who told me there was absolutely no reason for me to have been referred and Dr. Lynne should have easily been capable of doing it. My very first xrays showed I had two abscesses, they never offered to make an appt to remove them, I was never given any antibiotics, or offered any pain management for them. I have never been so mistreated and made to feel so horrible by any kind of medical office. DO NOT GO HERE.

Great hygenist! Very knowledgable and excellent at giving shots! Only dentist I have EVER been to when the pain was tolerable when given a shot. You could hardly notice you were given one with the hygenist I had. She is awesome! Very friendly & friendly staff all around! Very willing to work with you. Would highly recommend!
