Edited; ah yes, the good review that comes to bite me later on. The filling the dentist did failed 2 months afterwards, which of course I’m being stuck with the bill of getting it replaced as well as the original bill with the establishment. I was later charged for extra surfaces that the dentist had screwed up on during the appointment. 6 months later I get a letter they’re terminating their relationship with me due to nonpayment while I contest the work with the dental board. The staff was still courteous about it and doesn’t hound me with phone calls, but regardless, the dentists work was still sub par.
Original review: Let me just say how glad I am to have found a dentist that doesn’t scare the daylights out of me. I’ve had countless bad services in the past and this one exceeded all of my expectations. If you’re wary of dentists, be sure to give this establishment a shot. I’ll be coming back for all of my dental work in the future and i recommend anyone do the same!
I had Dr. Maier, and forgive me but I forgot who the nurse working with him for my appt was. (She was great) Both of them were courteous, professional, and speedy. There wasn’t any rigamaroll “you need to floss more” like you usually get at the dentist. No judgement, just “alright, we see what we need to do”. (Which obviously if you’re recieving dental services you don’t need to be reminded that your teeth arent in the best condition, you should already be aware)
Dr. Maier even asked me what services I was looking to get done in a day, same day (not multiple appointments and consultations before they’d even do anything, unlike other places). The desk checked my insurance beforehand and I didn’t even need to pay my copay same day, they just said they’d bill me for it. (Again, let me compare this to other local dentists that make you feel like you’re being held for ransom before they agree to treat you)
Staff was very friendly and helpful, and my appointment took place on time, which is nice that they value my time as much as theirs.
They also print you out a nice receipt with an appointment sticker if you schedule a future appointment with them. It’s the little things I think are neat.
Overall, I can’t say anything other than good things.

FIVE STARS for the entire staff! I recently saw Dr. Duckwitz as a new patient. I have been having some problems which haven't been solved by my previous dentist. Dr. Duckwitz spent more time with me than any Dentist ever has before - meticulous in her efforts to truly find the root cause. She identified the source of the problem & proposed a conservative course of treatment. So often dentists want to quickly jump to invasive procedures. I really felt Dr. Duckwitz is genuinely interested in my LONG TERM dental health. After a few visits, she was able to help me solve my problems all while minimizing the long-term collateral damage. I had by far the best experience ever in a dental office. I'll be a loyal patient for life!
