Dr. Ritter is a fantastic dentist who is cheerful and perky and will explain everything she is doing while she is doing it. She's always professional and one of the best dentists in the area. However, some customers have complained about the long wait times for appointments.

Dr. Ritter is a fantastic dentist. She is cheerful and perky and will explain everything she is doing while she is doing it. Unless your the type of person who doesn't want to know and just lets her do her work, like me, she also respects that as well. She's always professional and one of the best dentists I've ever had and I've lived all over the country. Her hygienist staff are also great and generally you will be with the same hygienist every time so you have some rapport with the people actually cleaning your teeth. If you have a bad experience here you're only telling a half truth guaranteed.

If I miss an appointment, that's my business! Life doesn't always work out to be convenient for everyone. If you have a dental business, be glad you have the customers that you already have. As a child, I was only recommended 1 visit per year. They want me there four times a year for cleaning and maintenance. No! I'll go when I want to! They can recommend 4x per year, but if I think it's a waste of time and insurance money, I'm not going to be berated for my dental hygiene. It's not fun keeping people in business for cleaning your teeth and then be put on a mandatory 4x/year visit plan. This is why health insurance is ridiculously expensive.

Stephanie was incredible but I never got a chance to be a patient when it changed to west hills. Appointments were booked out three months in advance and that’s not really ideal with a busy family schedule.

You get black listed for missing a appointment even tho you have been a patient for over 10 years. You miss one appointment and you can't go back. Its pretty sad and pathetic
