Absolutely a great experience. The staff was amazing and friendly. Needed a tooth extraction, they got me in very quick and I felt zero pain. If you are looking for a dentist, look no more, this is the place. Thank you for the great service, see you for the rest of my dental needs!

Dealing with these people is hard. They take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance but make you overpay hundreds of dollars up front and then you have to hound them for your reimbursement. That isn't BCBS policy. Seems illegal. Tiffany laughed a lot while I was trying to resolve the issues, she was amused. They said they would use nitrous for the root canal and lied about it. My husband suffered. Will never go there again.

Love everyone here! Very happy with the cleanings and work our family has had done here. Had to have a crown done and the fit of the permanent one was perfect so I was out within 15min. Tiffany at the front desk is always so helpful and knowledgeable about our insurance and answers any questions we have immediately.

These guys are fabulous! Everybody from the ladies at the front desk, the assistants/hygienists, and the dentist were just amazing! My son had to have a tooth pulled and was a little nervous, but from the moment we walked in we felt like we were hanging out with friends. The procedure was quick and easy and even though my son was experiencing a little pain he said "I love my dentist! He's the best there is!" 😁 And he's excited to go back! 🤷♀️😂

Ryan was a great Doctor and very polite and easy to talk to. I would say I was lucky but It wasn’t luck. I got an appointment the day I called because they are very hard working and know what it’s like to be in pain and they made the effort to help me and get me back to being able to function without pain. They are the only Dental office in Williston who could get me in this fast, weeks ahead of any other. I’ll have my full root canal finished with Dr.Ryan and the Pheasant Run staff before I would have even had an appointment anywhere else. I highly recommend them, very clean office and everyone was super polite and nice to talk to. I loved it and can’t wait to be back in 3 weeks to finish the job.

Great dental experience. Like most I hate going to the dentist but you can’t put off a broken tooth. This office got me in fast as a new patient. My first appointment was a breeze. Check in, X-rays, exam and dental work in less than an hour. Super fast, friendly and painless. Would definitely recommend!
