Follow-up is horrible!!! Your tooth will die waiting on them to communicate with your insurance & relay info to you. Find another place, your mouth depends on it!!!! Staff is nice & friendly

Horriable service, very rude and and lacks knowledge needed inorder to fix a simple infection and cavities!!! Its called an antibiotic!!! Made no sence on what she was saying on why she couldnt see me. Told me to go to a medical facility in akron or cleveland for a basic infection that hasnt even swelled yet. Worst business i have been too!! I ended up in the hospital. And they couldnt believe what she had told me.. Home now with basic antibiotic.

Scared to death of dentists due to bad experiences, but Dr. Mike made me feel comfortable, and seriously helped me overcome my fear. I had a great experience even though he had to pull a tooth, and do my first root canal ever!

As friendly as everyone is there I might not be back! I had a cap put on my front tooth because it was chipped. I got home and it looked all jacked up. Wasn't smooth or blending into my real tooth at all. Two days (today) and it's already off! Now I'm back to square one with having half a tooth that's chipped. 😖.

The only good thing about this place is that the nurses were nice to us, although unprofessional talk was heard all the way out in the lobby. First before the "dentist" came to me, I overheard a girl in the room beside me saying that he pulled the wrong tooth, the assistant argued, and when she looked he had in fact done such.
This girl got the wrong tooth pulled.....
So after repetitive novacaine injections, the sad excuse for a dentist proceeded to drill into my mouth , with me being able to feel EVERYTHING. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PAIN LOVING MONSTER.
