My mother, Michaela Totpal, was treated by Dr. Al. He is not only an incredible dentist who has done an outstanding job for my Mom’s teeth, but he is the ultimate professional. He is compassionate and deeply cares. He went the extra mile for my mom. When the work he was expecting wasn’t arriving from California, he personally went to pick it up from the FedEx Hub on a Saturday no less, just to ensure he could complete the work on time because he knew my mom was moving out of state that Monday. He even came into the office on Saturday for my mom. He has done an excellent work for my mom and in her words—Dr. Al, I have never in my life met such an incredible dentist who is so exceptional at what you do and also are so compassionate and care for your patients. Had a wisdom tooth that was giving my me a lot of Pain very early in the morning and I called DR.AL and was able to get in within a couple hours to get the ball rolling on getting my toothache taken care of. The Dr was straight forward.

Didn’t seem to know what he is doing. Wants to indiscriminately put crowns on teeth. Doors not listen to the patient, since he seems to know it all. I will not be going back.
