The Beechwold Dental Care group is a friendly, sincere and professional practice. When you call to book an appointment, they schedule a time which is convenient for you and not around what is opened for them. Once in the chair, the dentist and his assistant stay with you and do not bounce around from one station to the next. You never feel rushed. During any procedure they talk to you, explaining what is happening so you feel included which puts you at ease. Very affordable. I have made Dr. Fink my dentist and feel confident with this decision. They always have music playing which is comforting. I highly recommend the group.

Bad customer service,I went there for gum pain.The Doctor recommended root carnal treatment but said I need to have deep cleaning before the treatment.I schedule for cleaning before I walk out of the center.On my schedule day I got there 7min late due to traffic situation,when I got there the Doctor made me sign up immediately, after I was done she said she don't have any slot open for me so need to reschedule.I have call the center several times to book for an appointment. Anytime I call, the receptionist will say unless someone cancel appointment before. This is just disheartening.My last call at the center, she said she will talk to the doctor and promise to call me immediately.I did not receive any feedback from them.I have insurance from my company so I don't why they don't wanna schedule me for appointment.They are selective as to who to attend to and who not to service beware people.

I just moved here and have been for a cleaning and to get a filling and am really happy with the service. Dr. Tsai is super nice as are her staff. I have never had a woman dentist but I already feel very well cared for with Dr. Tsai. I think their prices are pretty competitive too when paying out of pocket. I would definitely recommend her!

One of the best dentist my son has ever been to. Pleasant receptionist Lynn she goes all out to accommodate you needs 😀 Clean up to date facility. Dr Fink is gentle, caring and truly has a professional personality. They are excepting new patients 😊 if anyone is looking!

I was searching for a new dentist and received the value-Pac, with a coupon. There were several dentist in the same Pac but I liked that Beechwold had a self-sponsored dental plan alternative. I thought it was nice and thoughtful in today's insurance climate and they were of a community mindset. The appointment was great from the receptionist, technician and Dr Fink. Everyone was friendly and professional.They did a through exam and discussed my mouth health and where improvement could occur. Dr. Fink, did the actual cleaning. He took the time to review my x-rays with me and discussed possible future treatment. He took the time to answer ALL my questions. I didn't feel rushed. The facility was clean and modern and the equipment appeared up to date to me. Overall, great experience and conveniently located. They have appointments that are available outside of business hours. Dr. Fink is an excellent dentist. He takes time to listen to my concerns and never seems too rushed. He carefully analyzes dental issues and then makes a decision as to the best approach for management. I trust his decision and protocol implicitly. I have always been scared to death of the dentist ever since I had a horrible experience with one as a small child so when I found out I had to have TWO root canals you can imagine how I felt. I work for FedEx and Dr. Fink came in to ship a package with me so I decided to ask him about recommending a specialist. He recommended Dr. Niemiec(who is also amazing) and after my root canal I went to Dr. Fink for my crown. I can't tell you how comfortable him and his AMAZING staff made me feel! Which is extremely difficult because I literally have to take meds just to calm down for a teeth cleaning. Anyways they are my regular dental office now and I will(and have been) recommending Dr. Fink and Beechwold Dental Care to just about everyone!
