Can't recommend enough! Dr. Ford and his staff are warm and welcoming, and create a beautiful and relaxing experience along with fantastic dental care. Can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually enjoy going to the dentist!

Excellent from beginning to end. Scheduling-piece of cake; registration -quick and easy; environment - beautiful and welcoming; cleaning-smooth as silk, None better than Kay and Dr Ford is the dentist I've always wanted! Professional dental care that wasn't painful or scary! I'll be back! (NEVER thought I'd say THAT about a Dentist!)

Highly recommend. It’s been 3+ years since my last dental appointment and I was dreading making an appointment, but I am so glad I chose this practice. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Kay is absolutely the best, she made my teeth feel so clean. Dr. Ford fixed 2 of my fillings and it was so quick and painless. He was so personable and professional, and made me feel so comfortable. On top of that, the office feels like a spa. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice, thank you all!

Going to the dentist has always been difficult for me for many reasons, but Dr. Ford and Kay always make my day, truly. Dr. Ford cares about you personally and wants to make sure that you are happy with your smile, which is hard to find! Highly recommend, especially if you have anxiety with going to the dentist.

Dr. Ford is amazing. He is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. He listens to all your concerns and you feel zero judgment. Dr. Ford fixed my issue promptly when my last dentist told me my issue couldn't be fixed at all. I am more than happy to be a patient here. Every experience has been great here including the receptionist who is always kind. I would recommend Dr. Ford to anyone looking for an outstanding Dentist.

I've honestly never had good things to say about dentist. My old dentist was one of the best I've ever found and then he retired. I was worried about trying to find a new one, and Dr Ford has high reviews. I scheduled an appointment with his office and they got me in pretty quickly.
Here's what I liked about visiting Dr Ford's office. If you like electronic and digital convenience, they offer that with text and forms to fill out prior to going.
The staff was super nice and easy to talk too, and the atmosphere there is relaxing (I know, not what you would expect). with the zen music, water fountain in the main area, to the open concept, and big windows; it was quite enjoyable. Did I mention the staff is really nice?
I like how they explained what they were doing; instead of just doing it, and you hoping they're doing something good for you.
But the biggest points I give them is, they didn't try to tell me all my teeth had cavities and I needed fillings when I didn't. I keep a close watch on my teeth and knew there might me some issues, but Dr Ford and his hygienist both assured me that they were going to watch the area but they didn't think anything needed to be done right now.
Dr Ford was also nice to talk to as well and made you feel right at home. (or as close as you can be)
If you are looking for a place that doesn't try to rip you off or give you what you don't need, I would recommend checking them out and see if they're a good fit for you.

Found a new favorite dentist! After having an extremely bad experience at a previous dental office that I promised myself I would never return to again, I thankfully was recommended to go to Dr. Ford's office. I'm glad I did. Dr. Ford is a super friendly and honest dentist, makes you feel comfortable.
Jake at reception is a super pleasant and helpful person both in person and on the phone.
The office is beautiful and located right in downtown Cbus, making it a convenient walk for downtown dwellers and workers.
I honestly look forward to going back to the dentist for the first time in my life.

Dr. Ford is great! I just went for my first appt and he was very accommodating, friendly, and informative. It's nice to have a dentist I can really trust- plus, the space is lovely too. Overall, the most pleasant experience I can remember going to any dentist office!

I was experiencing extreme discomfort in one of wisdom teeth on a Saturday morning. Dr Ford found a way to squeeze me in to his busy schedule and took care of me that same day.The atmosphere here is very soothing and unlike any dental office I have been in before He was a blessing and was very helpful and considerate of my needs. I highly recommend his practice and will most certainly be back for all of my dental work. I am very fortunate to have found this place. Thank you Dr Ford!
