Highly recommend this dental practice. After Dr. Nantz retired, our family followed Jennifer, Dr. Nantz’s long time hygienist, to Dr. Mularczyk’s practice. We have been very pleased with our dental care and the office staff is responsive and efficient.

Wow! What great, kind, patient, and knowledgeable service!
Our newborn daughter is tongue-tied, which means her tongue is connected too far forward to be able to lift her tongue to the roof of her mouth, and hence to breast feed well. (This is apparently extremely common recently in babies.)
Dr. Mason was kind enough to fit us in same day after our midwife emailed and told Dr. Mason's office she couldn't eat and had to be spoon fed (which lead to much screaming on our end).
On the way down from Cleveland, we got stuck at a dead stop in traffic for 45 minutes, making us quite late for the appointment. We called and Dr. Mason said to come in regardless of how long it took. That was quite a relief for a pair of first time, freaked out parents of a 2 day old.
When we got there, the ladies at the desk (thanks Julie!) were very kind. Dr. Mason asked a lot of good questions and stressed how important breast feeding is to him, and how his sister is a pediatrician who also stresses breast feeding.
The mild operation was a little traumatic for Felicity, our daughter, but it was as good as it could be, and we both took the option to be in the room and assist. (Who likes having 3 fingers in your tiny mouth?)
I'm writing this the next morning, right after Felicity nursed fully for the first time. The kindness of Dr. Mason and crew literally gave our daughter a new lease on life. Thank you for being so patient and kind!

I've had extensive work done with Dr. Valerie Cooper and Dr. Lauren Fields and almost the entire staff, which include the girls at the front desk, all the way to the hygienists and the girls in the back. I just can in for a free evaluation/second opinion. I will say her office and staff are wonderful. The equipment all seemed like the latest in medicine. It is a very chic hip dentist office. Dr. Cooper I was not so impressed with. Now I am only speaking of our visit. She did not preform any dental work on me. She did talk to me in such a manor that I felt very poor. Like I could not afford any of her special dentistry work. She actually said to me Dentures are like wearing a fake leg. This is not an office that is caring. It is an office that cares about your money. There are so many great dentists in this area. If you are looking for some to be sensitive about your sensitive dental issues. Go someplace other then here.
