My first appointment went great. I have bad dental anxiety and they did their best to keep me at ease. I also feel like they really try to explain to you what they are doing and why. Finally, they also don't try to "sell" you procedures. I had 1 potential cavity spot but they said it looked ok for now and wanted to keep an eye on it and encouraged me to brush well in that area. Most dentists would hop on the opportunity to "sell" you a filing and get more money. I appreciated that they didn't push for that when it wasn't necessary. I have had past dentists that make me feel like I'm talking to a used car salesman.
