The women here are some of the most patient, kind hearted people I have ever had the pleasure to be a patient of. My first experience here was AMAZING and I can not wait to go back next week. They even went above and beyond without me asking, just to help me love my smile again. 10/10 recommend.
After reading my first review I felt I needed to explain my experience more. I was told before everything that was done and asked almost every minute if I was okay/comfortable. They noticed me shaking and offered a blanket. They were not rude with what they had to tell me about my teeth, but honest and kind. The numbing process was the most pain free experience I've ever had at a dentist. The music was on POINT the entire time. I could go on and on. From the initial phone call with the sweetest most caring receptionist,
to the Dr that did my extraction, you are truly a great company. I NEVER HAVE WROTE A REVIEW THATS HOW IMPRESSED I AM. wish I could remember everyone's names, but you're entire staff that was there today deserves a big pat on the back!

There was a bit of a scheduling mix-up, but they were still able to get me in. The staff is friendly and professional and the office is clean and comfortable. They let me pick my own music for the appointment, which was wonderful considering my last dentist made everyone listen to Christian music. They took the most thorough and visually clear x-rays I've ever seen. Overall, it was a well run office and the staff is great. I'll definitely be going back.

I'm unhappy with the flipper that was made for me. The teeth were tiny like baby teeth. The assistant built up and made one larger but was concerned it wouldn't hold up. It's obvious where it was added on to and I constantly worry it'll break. It should have been made again correctly. On a positive note the staff is very friendly and everything else was good. Least painful injections I've ever had.

The ladies were all fantastic & made my son feel comfortable & helped ease his fears and answer any questions!! The male dentist, bedside manner was horrible and simply rude!! He did not speak a word to my son or I, hence not knowing his name.. Walked in the room checked my sons teeth & walked out.. We will not be returning to Complete Dental in Martins Ferry!! After being patients the last 5 years!
