I am thankful for the job Dr. Cheney did on my 2 front teeth. They were chipped and uneven. Asked several dentists to make them look better ,nobody did. Dr. Cheney did an excellent job and fixed them. I do not feel embarrassed any more to smile. Thank you!!

As this was a first visit being new to the area, a small emergency was accommodated with a quick appointment and expert care! Amazing dentist and the best office staff I have ever worked with or seen at a dental office. But, we were dismissed (the entire family) for a $10 debt. I honestly forgot to pay it and it was sent to collections. The minute I got the call from collections, I paid it in full. Yes, I was at fault but I think over $10, being dismissed was kind of crazy. Still very sad that we had to find a new dentist-which we don't love near as much!

I can not express enough how wonderful my experience was. Every staff member I came in contact was friendly and caring. I never felt rushed or like I was just a number. I've avoided dentists in the past for various reasons but I've finally found a place I feel comfortable going back to. Such a great place!

Staff is always very professional and kind. When I started going I was terrified of even a cleaning and now I look forward to each visit. Eileen at the front desk is patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with anything you might need. Lindsay, my hygienist is absolutely amazing and gives a thorough cleaning while remembering my preferences so it’s as pleasant an experience as possible. And finally Dr Cheney is so kind and gentle with any procedures or cleanings. Additionally, the extra measures during Covid for safety haven’t gone unnoticed to keep both patients and staff safe. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for dental care for their family in the Jackson/Massillon/canton area.

Hands down one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. I've been to quite a few dentists, and Dr. Cheyney is by far the most gentle. The staff are exceptional, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. The office and exam rooms are clean and really well maintained. My overall experience was phenomenal from beginning to end.
