If I could give this place no stars I would. They should not be open on halloween! This place miss filled my tooth and I had the worst tooth pain ever. I did return to try to have then fix it but my tooth still hurt, so I went to a different dentist and come to find out my tooth was not filled right. He was able to fix it thank God! Plus, I had to pay the second dentist because my insurance had already paid once in a year. I did try to reach out to them and they didn't care and they never called me or even tried to each out. Go at your own risk! I will never go back to this place even if it was the last place on earth.

I wish I could give a lower rating. I have been going here for years, and every time I go there the staff is rude to me and treats me like a worthless human being. I am currently looking into a new dentist, and would strongly recommend you stay away from this company. Many of them are smokers, and as a non-smoker I find it repulsive that they allow their staff to smoke. Many of the people there make mean comments about the clients that they serve.

I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. Both my hygienist and dentist were great. My cleaning felt very well done. I’m at a temporary job from out of town so unfortunately I probably won’t be back but I wish I could.

I am not one to do this often but I have had terrible experiences since starting there years ago.
My first appointment they brought me into a room and basically did the hard sale on me. Asking me if I was okay with my teeth. I responded that I felt my teeth were fine. They then insinuated that I could use teeth whitening. I told them that I was fine with them and just let it go but knew in my heart that it was not a place to get personal medical care but more of a place where they will make you feel insecure in order to make a buck.

Some time goes by and I go in for a cleaning. Low and behold a cleaning wasn't good enough and I was told I needed a deep cleaning. Of course this isn't covered by insurance and can be quite expensive. I got a second opinion and was NOT told the same thing!?!? I guess there is a slight possibility that the second place just didn't know what they were doing. I doubt but maybe.

Then my wife and I are told we have to use a fluoride toothpaste. Whatever right? Well they put it in with your complimentary toothbrush and then charge you $20 for a travel size tube. We have asked numerous times not to give it to us and we will buy our own. We look in bag each time and it is there and when we try to give back we are treated like children.....

Finally I'm on a business trip overseas and I get a alert from calendar on phone. I'm due for my 6 month cleaning. Obviously I'm unable to make it and I'm unable to call. I get a bill for 75 dollars since I didn't show up.

Ok I get it. They can't make money by people not showing up. But do they understand that I can't make money by sitting in a chair for an hour waiting on service? Do they feel that there time is more important that mine!? Will they accept a bill from me for the over scheduling they do? The waits that I have to make when my appointment is at 4 and I'm taken to room at 430 and then have someone show up 20 min later?

I am in no way saying not to go but I am saying be prepared. This is not a family oriented business. This is a business geared to make you feel ashamed and insecure. that cares more about what they can get from you then what they can do for you.

Ethics are poor. Services is poor but taking your money is easy.

Be careful if you go.

I will no longer go to them but will pay the 75 for missed visit and 40 for toothpaste. Too bad they will lose out on 10s of thousands of dollars over our lifetime.

I had an emergency over the weekend (out of town) and called in Monday morning to get into the dentist. Everyone was so accommodating and fixed my issue quickly and I was out and enjoying the rest of my day.

Adventure pediatrics is amazing and Dr Mason is THE BEST! I wouldn't want to take my kids anywhere else.

However, I choose not to go to health park for adult care as I found it overpriced and too much of a sales process/money making strategy than servicing my teeth. Everyone has always been kind though and it's very "fancy" drinks in the lobby, tv screens everywhere etc. Hence the cost I suppose.

I have taken my son to over 4 different dentist and he wouldn't open his mouth for any of them (we were told about Dr mason through friends and family) but Dr mason made him feel like a cool little dude ( in the words of my son) and can't wait to go back ! I am so glad he has such a nice office staff and are very understanding with anything you ask, they will work with you the best ways possible to help you get done what is needed. Thank you Dr mason and staff for being such wonderful people toward my son you guys are great!

Always a pleasure interacting with the staff at Pure Smiles! Very friendly and helpful. Hygienists are knowledgeable, safe, and caring. Dentists are personable and experienced.
