Made an appointment with them and then they called me a few days later and left a random voicemail asking for X-rays, I obtained them from my previous dentist, and returned the call to confirm their email to send the x rays, just as instructed. The lady who answered acted like I was a huge inconvenience for her and rambled off the email and proceeded to treat me like an inconvenience and EXTREMELY rude. I do not feel comfortable trusting them with my teeth if they can't handle a simple phone call. You lost a new patient and a customer. Don't go here!!

I had dental hygienist Vickie. She was kind and courteous and very easy to talk with. An asset to this doctor to say the least.

First visit. Doc was very friendly and really made an effort to get to know me! Danielle cleaned my teeth like a pro and she was also very kind.

Dr. Brofman and his staff are an excellent team addressing all my dental needs. I highly recommend his office for all your dental needs. I have been with Dr Brofman over 30 years and I personally travel 35 minutes each way to get to his office passing many other dentists on the way but continue being his patient because of his professionalism and honesty. Dr Brofman will address a problem when needed but is not pro active on dental issues that are not needed. i feel I am good hands with Dr. Brofman and I know if you visit him once you will see why I am his patient. and no I am not a relative of Dr. Brofman.

Dental Hygienist Beth was amazing! Why? She was kind and friendly; she was thorough, explaining her findings during each step of the appointment in terms a patient could understand; she was gentle, careful to make sure that I was comfortable and agreeable with continuing the procedure. Beth embodied warmth and professionalism in a way that gave me complete confidence that I was in very good hands. She is a credit to the Center for Dental Health in Willowick Ohio.

I have also consistently received the best of care from all of the doctors at the Center for Dental Health and won’t look anywhere else when choosing a dentist.
