Dr. Reavis is always great, but having a bad experience recently with billing. They are slow. They don’t explain the process. When your HSA is billed incorrectly and they owe you or the HSA money it takes approval from their business office (wherever that is - not local) and apparently it could take two weeks or more to get my money back / get this billing issue corrected. Is this part of their business model? If it is, with this kind of hassle every time I go to the dentist I’ll be looking for another business to take mine to.
