My son had fallen and hit his front tooth (the tooth was visibly loose). I was asked his age on the phone (15 months) and advised to come in for a limited exam which included an X-ray.
When I arrived, we were taken back and the dentist looked at the tooth. He said everything looked fine but my son was too young for an X-ray, as he wouldn’t stay still long enough to get a successful one done. We had already consulted with a different dentist who is a family member and he said we shouldn’t be concerned, but I wanted an X-ray to rule out any nerve damage on the tooth. Had I known my son wouldn’t have received an X-ray, I wouldn’t have brought him in.
The staff acknowledged that since he didn’t get an X-ray we shouldn’t have to pay full price, which was $81. They gave me some kind of discount, but it only lowered my bill to $70. This office doesn’t accept medical insurance either (which covers X-rays in most instances).
So to recap, I was charged $70 for 10 minutes with a dentist to tell me something I already knew. The dentist and staff were professional and kind, but I don’t think I should’ve been charged $70 based on the information I received when I made the appointment.

The staff at my dentist did such an amazing job accommodating my 4 year old son. Everyone from the receptionist, the dental hygienist, and especially the dentist himself. I couldn’t have asked for a more patient and talented team to take care of my son!

I have gone here before and had a good experience but I don't plan on going back after the pain and experience I had and also my husband. Tari, was the one who did my cleaning and I've NEVER had mouthfuls of blood from a cleaning.... EVER! I had to keep pointing to the suction tube to clear my mouth because the blood was draining into my stomach and making it very upset. I continued to have blood coming from my gums for five hours after the cleaning and they were so painful that I could not eat for about a day and a half.My husband, who was a new patient, was there for over 2 hours and NEVER saw the dentist. He also was in so much pain from Tari doing his exam and digging at his gums that he finally had enough and walked out. I found out later from him when we were in the car yet another reason he was so upset was because when the other tech(Diane I believe) took him to get the x-ray where they put the prongs on the temple area on your head were so tight and the lady didn’t know how to work the machine and he was sitting there with this pinching his head for about 10 minutes each time will she tried to figure out the buttons. At one point she actually was talking to him saying she needed to do them again because she wasn’t sure if those were his teeth or not. She ended up having to go Get another co-worker who told her that no those weren’t his teeth she was looking at it.....they were the teeth on the demo!!!! I was actually quite stunned that it seemed that they did not know exactly what they were doing and my husband simply stated that He didn’t have much confidence in the dentist if the personnel that he hired did not know what they were doing and not just one of them but two of them. The fact that both of them were bickering at each other while doing his exam did not help the matter at all.

We used this dentist office for a couple of years. Within the past two years, we started getting bills in the mail stating we owed them. We pay while we are there, everytime!!! Not only did I pay a bill for my husband that he had paid for when he went two weeks before, but even after discussing the matter we continued to get Bill's. I finally got a bill for my daughter stating we owed $500. When I took it up there and asked them why, they said for her retainers. The ones we didnt even order or recieve. Come to find out, we were getting billed twice for just about everything. After this, I started talking to people who had similar complaints and other complaints. I would not recommend this office

They, are one GREAT-TEAM. WHEN, they sing along with the cOUntry, it kinda put me more at ease, all in all; another GREAT interaction!!! Thanks, I mean I got an I got an infected wisdom tOOth pulled, in 46 min.'s, and didn't really hurt that bad!!!!!!!

My crown fell off a week ago. They had done it 6 years ago. Put it back on for free. Quick service too. I highly recommend them. Office staff is great.

My whole family used to go here. But the receptionist are horrible. They charged our insurance for things they haven't done. The wait is always an hour long before u even go back. Then they don't explain the next step and how much it will cost and when they do explain, the next time u come in its totally different with an outrageous amount to pay that day.

It is always a pleasant environment the staff is helpful the doctor is nice and they work fast but accurately very Efficient I recommend this place to anyone for kids for grown-ups for elderly it is extremely clean.
