Dr. Eli and his staff are amazing. Dr. Eli talks to you to inform you everything he is going to do before doing your action plan. There are no surprises and his staff is very organized, professional and courteous. I will continue to use Bright Smile for all my dental work.

Wow the WORSTE (Dentist) I have ever been too. Don’t go here RIPE OFF . Lets start by saying I have great insurance from my job. I came into get a wisdom tooth pulled but ended up getting a routine clean...? After x-ray DR. J tells me that he wants to pull my bottom tooth because it looks like it’s causing me pain... which I told him it doesn’t (its the tooth used to eat). He tried to upsell me with having that tooth pulled knowing I would need a crown/Bridge... so ask how much it’s going to cost me then the manager comes to tell me it’s going to cost $1,890 after insurance total before insurance was like $6,000 something.... ladys and gentlemen thats to much seeing I had work done by another dentist on the same insurance replacing 8teeth/custom smile done for cheaper.... I told him that then he snatch the file out of my hand and gave it back to the manger saying... well I guess you don’t need it done. I told them thank you. I was going to go back to my other dentist to get a second opinion, call to have the x-ray faxed over that’s when the manager Apologize for DR. J being rude to me. DONT GO HERE IF YOU ARE SMART.

Well, I really had hoped for a complete exam. I paid the $99 for an exam, x-rays and cleaning. What I received: An x-ray on my front teeth only. I also had hoped that during the consultation I would have received the understanding of why he would do only part of the bridge, on one side only. His limited explanation of my "dental plan " made my choice really easy: Research for a dentist that works with me, gives suggestions and explains why his plan is the only plan.

Needed an after-hours emergency dentist and this office did great to get me right in and take care of my emergency. Visit was painless and quick. Thankful for such an easy process.

Had an after hours emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Staff got me in fast and easy. Staff was so friendly and caring. I have some dentist anxiety and they made me feel very comfortable and I didn't feel a thing.

I just wanted to say Thank you, to both Dr. Eli and Dr. B. I have been going to them for my dental needs crowns, root canals and cleaning for over 8 years. My son needed some attention also and has had to have some major work done. We both appreciate the personal attention they both give us.
I would RECOMMEND Bright Smiles Family Dentistry to everyone.

I also posted this review on Yelp; I went in for an emergency extraction on Friday evening tooth was very infected. Dentist proceed to try to yank it out without effective anesthesia, i.e. I could feel everything.

Since this experience, I have learned a little bit about the effects of novacaine on infected tissue; in a nutshell novacaine does very little to reduce feeling on infected tissue. Apparently this dentist missed class the day this was taught at whatever 2nd rate institution gave him a certificate.

So, as I lay there screaming like a civil war casualty in the amputation tent, the dentist is criticising me for not shutting up and taking it, as he tugs and pulls at my completely non-anesthetized tooth. Eventually I got up and went to the ER instead, as the dentist continued to berate me. This was the most unprofessional dentist I have ever encountered and generally the strangest medical experience I've ever had - something you could expect to see in a third world country; it's a wonder this place hasn't been shut down. Do not go here if you need anything more than a cleaning.

Worst experience ever!! They deserve no stars.

They just want to bill your insurance. A middle eastern woman worked on my mouth and I had beyond terrible pain. She didn't numb me right at all. It was like a horror movie. She left deposits in my cavities and my mouth hurt for 3 weeks. As an Officer with the OK Sheriff Department I could not do my job efficiently. I had terrible headaches and my teeth hurt worse after the visit. I had terrible pain to cold and heat. I called Dr. Benbajja and he told me to just gargle with salt water. Then he asked me to come in so they can take x-rays and bill my insurance. My tooth had got infected after treatment and I had to go somewhere else to fix it. I could feel the drilling and everything at Bright smile. It was torture and the dentist didn't care. She nicked my lip with scraper and I had to keep my cool because I was highly upset. As I looked in the dentist eyes she looked nervous, unprofessional and it had me scared. I face criminals everyday and I was more scared in that chair. I trusted them with my mouth and they failed miserably. My mouth was sore and my fillings were too high in the back and it messed up my bite and smile. The woman dentist had the audacity to say my jaw is messed up and tried to say my mouth was like that before the visit. They do not know what they are doing. Trust me. I had to go to Kickingbird Dental and get fixed up. They did an excellent job.
If you do go there, do not go to the woman doctor. Save your money and your mouth. Go at your own risk. The other reviews must be fake. I am looking to sue her for malpractice.

I went for an emergency tooth extraction on labor day on Monday, I couldn't take the pain anymore, so I went in and had it pulled. He had problems taking tooth out, and I told him to a prior incident on the opposite side of my mouth, thats when I realized it was same tooth different sides, so make a long story short the other dentist had complications also, he was on top of my chest trying to pull it out and couldn't, come to find out my tooth roots are curved, anchored at the root of tooth, so I told him that the other dentist sawed my tooth in half and took one half out and then the other half, but Dr.J insisted that he could pull the whole tooth out and he did, and in this process he caused damage to the tooth behind the one he pulled , a piece broke off. There was nothing wrong with tooth they did mention it has a cavity, and at least you got you to numb you up before shots I didn't get nothing, and I get bad anxiety, nerves, and claustrophobic and traumatized of the dentist since I was little, but far as staff goes they treated me well, but ya there was nothing wrong with my tooth, now cause it broke it has decaying and its not his fault thats MESSED UP!! And also because the tooth broke off almost two weeks later?? He wouldn't own up to his mistake!!??

I had a wonderful experience!!! He actually had to do work that another dentist messed up on. He was so fast, gentle and efficient. I am so satisfied with my smile. I also aould like to say he has one of the sweetest and most beautiful staff. I would definitely be taking my children and recomending him to family and friends.
