This was the most pleasant trip to the dentist I have ever experienced. The front desk staff was personable and the assistant hygienist and the hygienist were both friendly, competent and efficient. No one scolded me for not flossing five times a day. I had not been to a dentist in over 3 years due to a bad experience with the last one. This was a great visit to get me back to my regular appointments.

Question...is this the old Tower Dental, in which there were 2 older hygienists that tried to sell older people plans and procedures they didn’t need? I would be there for an hour and a half for a regular cleaning, listening to their pitches. This happened to my husband and I so many times, we finally left. But our new insurance is sending us back...

The reception desk ladies are very nice and help to make the dentist a bit easier to be at. The dentist who cleans teeth has been there for years and is easy to talk with, too. The issue is that the main dentists are always changing. There have been really good ones and bad ones. The main company should do a better job at keeping the good ones.
