We went for our 1.5 and 4.5 year old, they didn’t do any X-rays, gave our one year old a fluoride treatment but not the four year old, the dentist hardly spoke to us and walked away mid conversation after bringing up plaque on one of the kids teeth and didn’t return when I had to turn away for a moment to help our four year old rinse with a cup so I had to ask the dental assistant to clarify what we should be doing better to treat it. They basically brushed their teeth and sent us on our way. They were under construction when we went but it was so chaotic and crammed in addition to the lack of service that we won’t be returning sadly.

THIS place RIGHT here is seriously AMAZING! Not only does the dentist do an INCREDIBLE job...the nurses and staff are just the SWEETEST!! They take such GREAT care of every one of their patients....ME INCLUDED!! DEFINITELY referring to ANYONE and EVERYONE!! ☺️

Awesome place I kept going to different offices to get referred for my wisdom teeth and every Dr. Kept ignoring my concern, saying that I needed all these others things,Dr. Rob was the first one to listen and helped me get them out and do what was hurting first. If you looking for a Dr. that listens and recommends what’s best go to Sugarcreek Dental!!!

Totally recommend!! I had a tooth hurting me sense a week every placed was booking out months, they got me in the same day and the Dr. didn’t even hesitate too take it out the same day, the staff made it so comfortable for me and the Dr. was super good with the numbing and I did not even feel a single thing. Never going anywhere else. Totally recommend for people with bad experience or fear to Dentist, they are super nice!

Would highly recommend…Great Doctor really good with kids took my daughter in for her regular check up once and haven’t gone anywhere else great staff they even have a great Bilingual girl that helps. Great that we found a new family dentist that I can trust!!

I was there yesterday when you were. I know this because your behavior was unforgettable. I’ve never seen an adult act like that. From what I gathered, you did not have all of your insurance information. At 4:45(they close at 5) I heard the front desk worker tell you, you would have to reschedule and you started screaming at her and reached through the protective glass. You were there for an hour, not an hour and 45 minutes. I’m surprised you were not escorted out by the police. You acted completely inappropriate and psychotic, if I’m being honest. Next time you go somewhere make sure you have all your information. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Sugar Creek Dental. Myself and my children have been going since they opened. All staff and Dr are amazing! I hope you have the day you deserve.

I have put off dentist 15+ years out of an irrational fear & a past horrible experience. The amazing staff & competent Dr. Completely went above & beyond what I could have ever imagined. The were patient kind worked with me entire time it keeping me informed, calm , "in control" even financially plus the girls there were funny honest & never made me feel pressured or like I was a bother. Hands down changed everything for me. I'm not afraid of the dentist because of them! Amazing! Thank you all at sugarcreek! (Building was as unique & awesome as they were 2!)
