What a great experience. I hate the dentist so I haven’t been in almost 8years. Dr Proud was very professional and understanding. His staff was warm and welcoming. The facility was high tech and comfortable. Definitely making the hour drive and making this my permanent dentist.

First experience with the Dentist in a few years; and I gotta say the staff and Dentist are amazing . They really do a good job walking you through the process and alleviating concerns and nerves. Great place and it has a warm home setting .It doesn't feel just like a cold, sterile office .

This was my first visit to Proud Dental. I was looking for a Dentist close to home and they have convenient hours. I went in for a cleaning. This place is awesome and the staff is great. Brianna, Jennifer where awesome. Dr Proud was awesome and informative on what was needed for the care of my teeth.
I'll be back for another cleaning and some other work.

My first visit was Extensive x-rays, and options of bridgework/implants. When I went in with a broken front tooth to be pulled-Dr. Proud very quickly and painfully numbed me and then started grinding my front teeth. I stopped him and asked if he was doing a bridge? I didn’t know if a bridge was permanent or removable like dentures..we had not discussed anything in detail on my first visit, and nothing was discussed that day except the extraction. He was condescending and obviously in a hurry. When I asked for gas, I was told, disdainfully, it would take awhile.
I was treated very unprofessionally by him, and his receptionist Jennifer was extremely hostile and rude. He left me with an exposed nerve under my temporary bridge, that has fallen out for the second time today. When I called the office there is no answer and no call back. People are at the mercy of a dentist and his staff, hoping he knows what he’s doing, because there’s no one to observe incompetence or mistreatment. The mean age of his staff is about 22, and except for one kind (blonde) receptionist, the others are woefully untrained of how to treat the public.
As for me, I will take my $4000. dental plan to a more compassionate dentist who knows how to communicate and actually cares about their patients experience.
