Had an appointment at 2 PM for a rootcanal and prep for crowns had temporary crown on two of my front teeth an hour after leaving one of the temporary crown shattered and fell out! Called and had to schedule another appointment to fix this situation. Going to see what happens tomorrow and that will base if I go back to Aspen Dental!

Apparently they are all about money. I was never asked to provide previous dental records. Because of that I specifically offered to have them sent to their office. They told me they wouldnt need them and then proceeded to take unnecessary xrays of my child without my consent and charged me for them. When I recieved the bill for what was supposed to be a routine cleaning I called and was told they can't do anything. Not only that the guy obviously didn't care, never said sorry, never said goodbye even.....just hung the phone up. I will never ever again go to this place!

I'll be honest here, Metlife gave me their number because I had an emergency with my 6 year old breaking a tooth and they are marked as pediatric with Metlife. I brought my daughter in and they just aren't equipped for a 6 year old, even though they accept them. The dentist looked and said it was too badly broken for them to do anything with and I had to take her to Dr. Wells and gave us a referral.
I had explained to Aspen dental that it was a broken tooth and an emergency, not a routine appointment. Her appointment was for a cleaning.
Dr. Wells looked at it, said it wasn't that bad and they could just fill it and set an appointment for 2 weeks from now. It wasn't anywhere near the huge deal that Aspen dental made it out to be, and Dr. Wells wasn't going to fill it except my daughter says it hurts to touch.
I would have liked to give Aspen dental a chance, since my whole family could go there, but I don't trust that dentist now to give an accurate assessment. I gave them 3 stars because the staff was nice and pleasant and helped me get my daughter to someone who could help us out, and I appreciate that.

I bought my dentures there a couple years ago since that time twice they have broken. first time i was eating a donut with bacon on it. (last year) I must admit in spite of my surprise at something like a donut being the demise of my denture they fixed it in a timely manner, I went in at 4:30 and even though they were busy they fixed it that day. ok so here I go again! eating a piece of bacon (not even burned bacon so not extra crI was told all the 'chairs isp) and of course a tooth pops off. I called this morning explaining the situation and was told i could walk in but may have to wait (i understand that I would not expect to bump an appointment) but when i get there (had to take off work early) at 410 i am told no way we can see you today we are far too busy, I was also told there was no record of my call and that the hours have changed) so no accountability for what patients are told, or if they even call. There was one lady waiting for or with an older lady another lady waiting for someone (a gentleman) being seen. I was told all the 'chairs were full' so i admit i got upset but said i would wait and was told well we don't want you to waste your time (this was the "office manager") I knew they wouldn't even try to get me in and i was right. Nobody else came in or out except someone coming in to discuss a payment plan (i assume but they did not see a "dentist' as i could see them from where i was). As the time became later I saw several people 4 or 5 (?) staff members leaving but no other patients. So i am assuming they only have 1 chair in the back when they did have 6? Of course the "office manager' finally comes out and says well they aren't going to be able to see you today and started with her empty apologies which may have worked except i heard them laughing about me more than once. I ued to recommend Aspen Dental to others now i realize i was the idiot. as long as they got their money it's all smiles but have a problem and its oh well so sad sucks to be you if you can't come when it's convenient for US.

absolute WORST customer service I have ever seen in my life. My mother scheduled an appointment and confirmed it yesterday. today , for the SECOND time, they said she was not scheduled and we had to come back in a month, when just five minutes before hand we heard her telling a man that they could fit him in today. my mother confirmed her appointment for her today. the front desk employee Melody was rude the whole time in talking to us. she was not trying to fix anything. she threw in my mothers face her cancellations before, as if that has anything to do with the present situation. she laughed and smirked at us seeing that we were upset. we asked to see the supervisor or who ever was above her and she just said that she was the manager. She threatened to call the police to escort us off the property, when she was being extremely rude to us the entire time. I recomend the owner to get someone else to manage, unless this is how you want all of your patients to be treated. a kind man followed us out and told us they were lying and that there was someone we could call and she was not the only one. he also said he had the same experience with them.

My mother has spent a lot of her money on this place and now it seems we are stuck with using them because no one from there wants to tell us how to contact their boss.

My husband had dentures made here last year. Immediately a tooth popped off his dentures and over the last year it has happened 3 more times. He's had to pay for the repair each time. Today he asked why this keeps happening. The girl told him it was probably because he bought the basic package.
I had my teeth made elsewhere 6 years ago and got the economy package and have never had a problem with them. Don't go to Aspen Dental in Lawton, Oklahoma.
It's 3 months later and he's lost another tooth from his dentures .

HORRIBLE. I would suggest not to select this place for your dental needs. I had a procedure done that involved multiple teeth pulled and bone from my jaw removed as well. Pain management is the least of their worries. I felt my teeth being pulled and when I told the dentist he just said "We're almost done" yet struggled to pull to the tooth and while still trying to pull the tooth said "Man, she has good roots, I cant get it" but still did not give me another shot to numb the pain. I have anxiety when it comes to dentists. They made me feel embarrassed about they fact I feared the dentist and did not help in any way to ease my discomfort. Initially they assured me I will be very well taken care of and once I paid up front before the procedure all promises there after were not kept. They rushed to get me in and out as quickly as possible with little information given about the procedure itself and the aftercare. It felt like once they got my money I was at the bottom of the list for priorities and were off to suck money from the next who will in turn end up getting the same results I did. When calling or going up to the office they made me feel as if was bothering them. When I brought up the some concerns I had about the pain I was still in weeks after the procedure and how I was concerned of the look of some of my teeth the dentist himself even had the nerve to say "Well its better than what you came in here with so I wouldn't be complaining" They are extremely nice before they got my money (and I will add that I paid out of my own pocket for...$3,249 to be exact) and afterward they were completely rude and unprofessional. I even went to a second dentist somewhere else to get a second opinion and it was confirmed that my fears were legitimate and that more than one mistake was made by the dentist (such as using non-dissolvable sutures when I was told dissolvable ones were used) This is just some of what I had to go though. I could write a book on this place but I will keep it as short as I can while still trying to get my point across. I will be posting as many reviews on various sites as I can about this place because I don't want anyone to have to go through what I had to.
