I had not been to a dentist in 15 years and as a recovered addict, my teeth are horrible. Coming into my appointment, I was extremely embarrassed about the condition of my teeth and very anxious about being judged. But the staff here very quickly made me feel comfortable and it's evident that they really do care for their patients. Huge, huge thank you to Cathleen especially! She is so amazing and so kind and didn't make me feel like a loser addict. Instead she congratulated me on my sobriety and made me feel good about taking these first steps to fixing my smile. She even gave me a hug at the end and that just means so much to me! So if you see this Cathleen (I hope I spelled that right), thank you so very much! You're the best!

Dr.Pracht and his staff are honestly THE BEST people. They took me on the spot due to horrible tooth pain. Stayed way after closing time, giving me much needed help when no other dentist office I called would.
I scheduled another appointment for more much needed work. I was un familiar with root canals, and had one done on me at my 2nd appointment. I was always asked if I felt anything to insure I was under no pain.
After leaving I’ve had no pain at all, it’s been about 6 hours sense getting it done. I watched real videos online to see how root canals go, and I have to say he did a 10x better job than any of the videos I watched.
SERIOUSLY If I moved I’d still drive hours to keep him as my dentist. I’ve never been so impressed by any other service in my life. Even the reception lady’s are unbelievably kind.
If you don’t make Lindsay Family Dental your dentist office your seriously doing yourself a disfavor.

Me and my husband both were seen and the staff was friendly and helpful. We have a 7 month old that is usually glued to me and when my appointment ran a little long, I thought my husband was going to have to reschedule, but they still got him in without a complaint.
Not only that, but we had been previously waiting for an appointment for 5 months at a different place and they canceled us the day before our appointment. This office got us in very quickly, less than 2 weeks of a wait.
