I've been seeing Dr Hamton for 20+ years. He is the first and only dentist I've had since I was a small child. I had a bill that apparently ended up in collections. I don't even know the dollar amount on the bill. Never received a call as an attempt to collect or be fired. Nothing. Despite offering to pay the collection agency when made aware, he still fired me as his patient today. This AFTER prescribing medication for a likely infected tooth on Friday and saying he wanted to see me in office to look at it. He told me to see an Endodontist, but didn't even so much as suggest one and offer to send over records. This is NOT the Dr Hampton I grew to admire and loved seeing for so many years. He and his staff used to be very helpful and communicative. I am disappointed and disheartened and can tell you this is NOT how things used to be ran.

Dr Hampton has been my dentist for over 20+ years. He is professional and so knowledgeable in his craft. While in his dentist chair I am treated with kindness, care and respect. The hygienists are just as pleasant making the entire experience relaxed and comfortable.

First off: Who knew you could have a “view” sitting in the chair in the dentist office?! The patient rooms have floor to ceiling, giant windows of beautiful landscaping with bird feeders. Secondly: the staff! My hygienist is AMAZING! She’s so sweet, she’s not one to just work on your teeth, she talks, makes conversation, she’s full of bright positive vibes. Also, the new ladies up front, Rachel and Rebecca (maybe) are doing great at getting payments and scheduling. It was a cluster and super unorganized before these ladies started. Lastly, Dr. Hampton, the best dentist. He’s honest, friendly, wants the best for his patients, gives advice and recommendations, he has humor and is always in the best mood, you’ll always see him with a smile on his face.
