Just walked out after being told they would not do my routine 6 month cleaning. The nurse i had never seen before told me i had periidontal disease and needed deep root cleaning. i said ok this has never been mentioned before but i will check into it. she then said i couldnt have my routine cleaning done without doing the deep root cleaning. seriously? i came in for a routine cleaning and because i wont pay for extra services you wont do a cleaning? i wont be pressured into doing anything. i will find a new dentist and talk with them about deep root cleaning but i wont be told i have to do something. This seems to be the new money grab saying you need deep root cleaning if you look it up. thats like saying i have to fix a chipped tooth. no i really dont HAVE to do anything. smh
