They are so great! Understanding, have patience and just make you feel better all the way around. The hey have so many options for payment and different ways to get it done. I went to a dentist office at 81st and my sooner care didn’t cover any of it but this place took the time to find my insurance and what it does cover, so at least I get all the help I can get. Tasha took care of me and explained everything so wonderfully and made me feel like they were there just for me!! My grandmother came with me and the entire time she was complimenting the staff, location (she lives in Collinsville), and of course the office. She’s been around longer than I so of course she can point out the pros that make it so wonderful!! We were very pleased!

Myla was excellent. She would come in when she didn't have to just to fix my temporary teeth when i would break them. Todd did an excellent job on making my teeth and making sure they were exactly what I wanted. Dr Barnes was excellent as well. He was mindful of my gag reflex and made sure I was happy with his work. The staff was very good at remembering their patients. They always asked how my baby was doing and interacted with him and the few appointments he did attend. Overall everyone was fantastic.

They got me in and I was able to get my dental work done while I was on maternity leave. The place is really nice. Nice staff and the dentist was very gentle. I didn’t have to wait to get everything finish and they were concerned with all of my dental needs and comfort. I love my new smile and Dina the assistant went above and beyond to make me happy with my new teeth. Two thumbs up and five star review.

I had a wonderful experience today with Tasha! She is so sweet, caring, and understanding! Which means a lot to someone like me with the issues I have with my teeth. It is nice to go in a dentist office and not feel judged. I have been to over 7 dentist trying to find out why my teeth are doing what they are doing. And to be honest this is by far my favorite place because the people are all nice and understanding. Tasha explained everything to me in detail and asked more then once if I had any questions about any of it. Thank you so much Tasha!

I've been working with Evelyn at the Owasso location. She's been very informative with the procedures that I will be having. SO helpful with financing! She is very knowledgeable and professional, yet at the same time very personal an friendly. The whole staff at this location is very friendly. I was their last appointment for the day.They took the time to answer all my questions and I didn't feel rushed. Evelyn even stayed late. Very comfortable setting. I have researched and visited several places over the past few months but after going here and taking to Evelyn and the dentist /surgeon, Freddy, I Pick This One! They have been very upfront, informative and trustworthy. Plus, their prices are great.
So, if your looking, I highly recommend you check them out!

The Dr Barnes is an amazing dentist. The whole staff comes across as genuine. The whole staff are welcoming and show full attentiveness to your procedure and concerns. The relationship the Dr and staff have shows how great of a place it is. Even how socially awkward I can be at times, I felt at home and they genuinely cared about the outcome. The procedure itself was laid out well in advance so I knew what to expect. Pricing was all done up front, with no surprise costs. The procedure itself was painless, and they check up on you multiple times during the healing process. The quality of the dentures are top notch and they do amazing work to make them look natural . It's not just one person who makes this place the best place to go, it's every member of the staff. I thought it would be embarrassing going through this process, but never one did I feel judged or resented for being there. Thanks for Barnes and staff for the amazing service you provide.

I haven’t spent much time in their very pretty waiting room, because they’re always very prompt.
Barbara cheerfully called me to the back and showed me to the chair in a comfortable, private setting.
She discussed the days' procedure and invited any questions or concerns.
Next, there’s this happy man in a white Doctors coat doing a funny, leaning to his side, arms stretched wide,
grinning & practically singing, “Good Morning!"
I respond, "likewise, Dr Barnes!”
He does his job gently and with great care.
Barbara gives me that big, wide smile and gleefully shows me out.

Everyone knows that picking up the phone to call and make a dentist appointment isn’t a fun thing to do. For most it’s terrifying and so we put it off and neglect our oral health. I finally got the courage to call and see what my options were. This very sweet and kind young lady answered the phone her name was Tasha. She took the time to answer all my questions and never once made me feel like she didn’t want to be on the phone or that I was an idiot. Tasha explained the process and prices with me and actually made it like we had known each other for years. Just from talking with Tasha over the phone I can tell this place is where I need to go. I can’t wait to go to my appointment and get a new smile. Even though I haven’t actually been to this dentist I sure hope that everyone is as nice as Tasha. Shout out to Tasha for great costumer service and taking time to talk to me.

I gave this establishment five stars, but if I could have, it would have been ten! The high level of professionalism, courtesy, kindness and expertise in this office was evident from the moment I walked in for my first visit/consultation. Every step of the procedure went smoothly - I had all my upper teeth removed and had a full arch implant placed with relatively NO PAIN. I credit Dr. Barnes for this! He did a fantastic job of making me feel confident and relaxed and is just an excellent doctor. His assistant, Myla, was equally impressive and has a great chair-side manner. I am now 8 mos. post surgery with my permanent arch in place and I have had no problems whatsoever. I recently saw my general dentist and he was quite impressed with the surgery skill and how realistic my new teeth look! If you are looking into having a similar procedure, look no further! This is where you need to go!

I was nervous at first but Tasha and staff made me feel at ease within first five mins I was there. She was very good at explaining the options and trying to help me find the one that would best suit my needs, I feel like they really cared about my feeling and understood my needs. I would recommend Secure Dentures and Implants to anyone looking for a beautiful smile and I'm really looking forward to receiving mine!
