Front desk was very welcoming and the worker was very inviting! It was a very quiet and stress free atmosphere. The procedure was very fast and they didn’t seem to rush anything. Made sure I was very comfortable the entire time!

This was my first time at Valley Dental. The staff there was great very friendly got me right in got me right out and back on my way. They even took my insurance which isn't a common one. Very happy with my teeth cleaning.

Dr. Fleming is wonderful, he does a good job, and he's very personable. My review is for his office staff. When you have to send 15 emails and call several times just to get receipts/etc. something is wrong. I sent email after email after email, then I finally called. Instead of just doing what I was asking the lady on the phone wants to argue about whether or not she sent a response. WHAT DOES IT MATTER. All I want is for you to send it now..but did she? NO I had to send 2 more emails before I got a response. I seriously don't want to have to stop seeing Dr. Fleming just because of his horrible office staff but it looks like that's going to be the case.
