In response to the owner: Your response is false, I was (past tense) a patient of Carletti Dentistry until the experience provided below, which included reporting this office to my Dental Insurance for bogus charges. If it were not for confidentiality purposes, I would upload the bogus charges Carletti Dentistry submitted to my insurance provider. This is confirmation of why I will not give Carletti Dentistry another opportunity! Terrible service from scheduling, cleaning, and being seen by the dentist! My gums were nicked while cleaning, that's never happened to me before, which caused me to bleed...again never happened for a standard cleaning! They scheduled me with an out of network dentist; after I specifically asked more than twice for in-network with my insurance. The dentist (Sherry) made up false claims about my teeth stating I had a severe hit to my jaw (I think I would know that if I did) to rack up a bill and when I called to review those charges, the office staff manager advised that it "had" to be billed as such but will be taken off! Although, they took off what they tried to stick me with, they ended up milking my insurance at out of network rates with unnecessary procedures! What a nightmare! Rude hygienist, manager, and dentist! This place is undeserving of even a 1 star, but it's required!! Word to the wise, be mindful of their $$$ tactics!
