Nightmare Dentist. Not good for anyone with dental anxiety, rude, subpar dentistry, literally screams at her patients in front of other patients, tries to force various procedures and gets downright defensive if you dare ask questions, demeaning, unstable at best. Cut my tongue, pulled a tooth that she should not have, cut my gum, charged a cancellation fee for an appointment I showed up to. Horrible voicemails badgering me if I needed to reschedule. Just unheard of behavior from any medical professional. Bottom line- take your business to someone worthy. She is in the business of preying on weaknesses and belittling folks with dental concerns. And, she is a bit dangerous and rough with her tools. She caused me undue pain and continued to burn skin from my tongue after I told her 2 times is was hurting me. No apologies, and bared down more. I think she gets a thrill outa belittling people and causing pain. She uses each opportunity to bully folks in to various procedures and if you decline, she talks to you like you’re a child. She actually asked me if I ‘ just sat around all day eating and drinking sugar’ (Excuse me? )
She is Unethical in her handling of privileged dental information. I am not sure how she is in line with the HIPPA laws considering there is no privacy there. Told me if I took my business elsewhere and declined to pay the ridiculous cancellation fee that it was illegal to do so. She refused to place my permanent crown on unless I signed a waiver and paid a fee for not having a cleaning done that day. Honestly, if I don’t have an extra 3 hours to sit in a chair, then we might need to schedule the cleaning for another time? Seems reasonable to me... but, not to this awful character. She still has lots of learning to do and it shows with her arrogance. I am in the process of doing more formal steps to address the issue. If there is anyone else on here that has any questions or needs further proof that what I and a number of others are saying, I will be happy to provide voice recordings of how she speaks to her patients. They are not exaggerating one bit. It’s pathetic.
Piece of advise? Understand that most folks read the negatives to get an understanding of who and what you are. And, you’re killing it on the negatives. Another note: Most folks don’t waste their times writing untruthful reviews as it is quite time consuming. So, that means you’ve ticked off quite a few people in that last few months alone. Time to do some reflecting?Careful...your repeated reviews are a reflection of your true colors. You can’t keep up the fake kindness...it doesn’t fool anyone.

Best dental experience I could’ve asked for!!! Val makes your concerns feel heard and you leave her chair knowing your concerns were addressed if possible and teeth feeling cleaner than they’ve ever felt! Dr. Domian and her assistant Jaden are so fun and energetic, they make going to the dentist something to look forward to!! And to round out the crew, you have Lindsay who makes you feel right at home the second you walk through the doors! Domian Family Dentistry, 5 stars is not enough for the amazing job you girls do!

I can’t even begin to start on what I like most about this practice!! My family and I have been with this practice for a year now and let me tell you… The team here is just so personable and knowledgeable in their field! For years there was dread of going to get work done. Fear not… Domian and crew are there to make the process amazing and welcoming where everyone is a part of the family. Thank you ladies for making this experience for the whole family something we look forward to. We would totally recommend you guys to anyone!

I have known Dr. Domian for 25 years. Not only is she a wonderful friend, but an outstanding Dentist. Upon arrival at her new practice I was greeted with a warm smile at the front desk. Checking in and filling out new paperwork was effortless and only took a few minutes. I had little wait time and was seen within minutes of my appointment - such a plus when you’re trying to pick up your kiddo from daycare! I had my teeth cleaned and thought I could fall asleep. That is how comfortable the procedure chairs are! Dr. Domian is efficient, thoughtful and professional. All qualities I look for a Dentist... and I have been to a few! I highly recommend booking an appointment with Dr. Domian. Her location is desirable and her staff are excellent! Having your Dentist on Brookside is such a plus - margarita and shopping after!
