The technician for my cleaning appointment was amazing! She was highly competent and professional, taking extra time to be sure everything was done perfectly. She was not only friendly and personable, but careful to see that I was ok at all times. Very empathetic. She even spent time showing me how to floss correctly and gave advice about brushing, etc. it would be difficult to find anyone more capable and professional. They’ve got me as a permanent customer.

Dr. Rebecca Hughes is one of the best dentists I’ve met! She really cares about her patients in regards to their dental care and checkbook. She is constantly providing positive affirmations to her technicians while working as a team. I appreciate that she has a “let’s try to save” rather than “let’s replace with implants or crowns “ unless absolutely necessary approach. Thank you, Dr Hughes and staff, for an exceptional dental experience. I’m all smiles for Midtown Smiles.

My crown fell out...over the Christmas holiday no less!! Yikes! What should I do? Text MidTown Smiles of course! I received a text response back within an hour setting me up for the first available appointment on Monday morning. I was greeted with smiling (but safely masked) faces today and my issue was quickly resolved! I love the warmth Dr Hughes and Ashley and all staff members here exude and think you will too!

Dr. Hughes is redoing some previous orthodontics that weren’t “quite right” so we are seeing a lot of each other. Her warm, genuine personality and professionalism make an otherwise uncomfortable experience, enjoyable. The staff is responsive, professional, and fun and I never have to wait long to be seen. They’ve even squeezed me in on a day off for an emergency repair to a filling. I couldn’t be happier with my dentists!

The personnel here is great. They are always professional and take the time to explain things in a way to insure that I understand what is going on. I originally choose this place because they were close to my work but since then my office location has changed. Nonetheless I don’t mind going out of my way in order to keep this as my home dental spot. They keep up with the latest tech and procedures and their main concerns always seem to be that I am as comfortable as possible.
