I broke my tooth this morning and they got me in 4 hours later being a new patient. Everyone that helped me were very nice. I was able to get everything done right away. They are very knowledgeable and through. I hate the dentist as most people do but they were so nice and always asked if I was okay. I was worried about cost but they will definitely work with you. I highly recommend.

Got a bruxism guard from them, the first I have ever had. Was dispensed the guard by a 17 year old tech, with no information about how to clean it or information about wearing. It wasn’t until I went to a different dentist a year later that I found out the guard was supposed to have gotten adjustments.
It has been too tight and low of a fit on gums since day one and was never able to be worn for more than a few days without causing problems.
Very frustrating experience and a waste of $360 as I both have the damage from not wearing one for a couple years, but also have to pay for another one because of the customer service experience at this dentists office. I lost out the money on the piece, but didn’t get the benefits from it because of lack of education and poor fit.
Please have a dentist check the fit before dispensing and make adjustments as necessary. Is it even legal for techs to dispense these without a high up checking fit?
Edit: also overcharged me and dentist told me I needed 5 fillings. Went to two other dentists who said it wasn’t worth drilling into those teeth yet and to hold off, there is no active cavity.
Your office was far more interested in taking as much money as possible vs trying to actually help.

All staff engage with clients, and are helpful and professional. All questions were answered, and alternatives were offered to recommended treatment. Both patient care staff and support staff were concerned that I was comfortable. The whole experience was as pleasant as could be expected from dental care. I've already made arrangements for further treatment from the group.

Dr. French is so delightful and caring and makes getting a root canal somewhat enjoyable!! She explains every step as she goes and has a way of putting the patient at ease with her sweet demanor:) The staff is very accommodating and kind and the facility is clean and beautiful! Five stars all the way!

I would give 10 stars if I could! I have seen Dr. Thompson and Dr. French. They are both thorough and provide excellent care!! I have called in for emergencies with tooth pain, and they ALWAYS fit you in, sometimes the same day. I absolutely love this office!
