While my first two visits were great, I wish I could say this last one with them was also, but in reality it did leave me upset. I payed to be asleep for my wisdom teeth removal, and that did not happen. Miscommunication happens, and it happen with this visit. So to say having an absolute panic attack during the first tooth should have been a sign that I was not comfortable with this. It was about half way on the second tooth when I told the dental assistant that I thought I was suppose to be under, and that is what they told my mom. She did go look at the chart to double check. Nitrogen was offered during the second tooth. The receptionist did look into it again, when it was brought up at check out by me. It was realized there that a mistake had actually occurred. I just felt like I was not taken seriously at first just to looking younger then my actual age. I do appreciate Dr. Hess calling to personally apologize about this, and informing me steps have been set in place to make sure this does not happen again. I just personally did not have a great experience this go around.

The environment was very clean. They were very open about what was going on, and they did their best not to take forever. Overall, great experience. My teeth aren’t doing great, so it hurt, but they were as gentle as possible.

The staff is so very kind and accommodating. Wait time not bad at all. Laci is awesome and great with children-- she was not afraid of my rambuctious 2 year old and has tons of patience and experience. Receptionists are sweet and helpful! Clean facility and friendly people. Come see the dentist!
