I needed to get my annual cleaning fast before I moved away and First Impressions was the only place who got me in within a timely manner. Aside from that, I also had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a dental office. The hygienist was very thorough and explained everything she was doing and why. The doctor was the same way. I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My wife and I have had pretty bad experiences with dentist. First Impressions is amazing. The whole staff from the dentist himself, the dental assistants and the front desk ladies are amazing. We have had past experiences where the dentist is good but the front desk doesn't bill things right to insurance or doesn't call you back but these ladies are amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly. Dr. Weaver had done some pretty serious operations on me and I hardly feel a thing, I always leave feeling that I was taken very good care of!

The staff at First Impressions is terrific. They are very friendly and helpful. No rudeness here. The clinical staff is also excellent. They do not try and recommend any unnecessary procedures. On the contrary, they offer recommendations that will help to avoid a procedure if possible. No doubt the best dentist in the metro area.

My first visit to First Impressions was a very positive experience and the best dentist I have gone to. I was extremely nervous/anxious and the staff was very patient with me, my X rays were explained clearly, Nicole advised me every step of the way what to expect during my visit and my next visits to come. I just moved to the area and set up an appointment at First impressions Dentistry in Yukon, but, like many of us, I have anxiety about going to the dentist. My appointment was the first thing in the morning when they opened and I was greeted at the front desk (I believe her name was Carrie), she was so comforting and made me feel very welcome. I waited for less than 10 minutes and they got me right back! For me, the worst part about the dentist visits are the X-Rays but Whitley made me feel so comfortable about them and always hurried to take the pictures so I wouldn't feel like I was dying! Dr. Weaver was the dentist today at my appointment and he was great! Super easy going, easy to talk to and ask questions if I had any. This practice has turned my view on going to the dentist from torture, to a spa day! I'm already looking forward to my next cleaning! Thank you First Impressions Dentistry!

Entire staff was helpful, scheduling an appointment was simple. The service was quick and clear explanations was provided from the doctor, financing options available upon request. Unique, & subtle entertainment/music options to help ease anxiety. Impressed and good experience overall.

I had a horrible experience at a previous dentist before and so I was not looking forward to going. I went today having not been to ones in years, and they made me feel comfortable and listened to why I haven’t been to a dentist in a long time. They took the time cleaning my teeth and kept making sure I was okay. I’m extremely grateful for care they have to me today. Would highly recommend them!

Long time customer.....Nothing wrong to say about the dentistry side. Billing side completely confusing and has lost me as a customer. They were blaming my insurance but it looks like they waited so long to file a claim my insurance denied it because I used benefits I thought I still had remaining on other procedures.
I got my bill and it doesn't even have the visit in question listed. If you add and subtract everything on the bill... there is absolutely no way it comes up to the total due. Been in multiple times since that visit, they actually told me I had a credit on file (shows on the balance forward on the bill).
Final check is in the mail and off to another....

This was my first visit here and the staff was all were friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist can sometimes be a stressful experience, even when you go every six months, but they created a great environment. I would definitely recommend going here!

They used to be great. We were loyal for years. But the last 6 months they've went downhill on their service and quality. It's sad really. We moved our entire family.
It's not Dr Cole. he's fantastic. It's the staff/management that is the major issue.
