We’ve been with Dr. Hall for almost 20 years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. The prices are reasonable and he won’t pressure you towards treatments you may not need. We have relied on Dr. Hall and his staff for our dental care and treatment since the practice opened, and we have always been pleased. Meg, my regular hygienist, is great. I actually look forward to my cleanings!
I do have one concern. The receptionists in the front office never seem to last long. In fact, there is a new face almost every time I go in for my regular cleaning and checkup (every 4 - 6 months). This is not a recent development. It has been the case ever since we started going to Central Oregon Dental Center, many years ago. I like going into an office where the staff recognizes me and knows my name. I like dealing with a familiar voice on the phone. I find the constant rotation of staff at the front desk a bit unsettling, and I have to wonder why it has become the norm in this office..
