They filled a small cavity and now my tooth hurts and I can’t comfortably chew on it. They tried re doing the filling nothing changed, still hurts. So they just told me to go to another dentist. I’m just not sure they know what they are doing. To be clear my tooth didn’t hurt before they put in the filling, but now it does.

Office was really confused if they were a in network provider for United Concordia insurance. Dr. Julie Lezotte was listed as a in network provider on website that was updated 4/30/2019. Wife went to visit her on 4/30/2019. They wanted payment for out of network provider and wife refused to pay and brought it to me. I called them and they tell me on the phone they are a in network provider and they will look into it and call me back. No call back. I called them and went to voicemail, so I left my name and phone number. 5 P.m. and still no call back I call and talk with someone different and they say we are out of network. So if you are looking for providers for United Concordia don't look here.
