This practice was recommended to me when I was still new in town over a year ago by my Physician Assistant. I’m glad I listened to her recommendation! I’ve had great care from the providers, my hygienist is an absolute doll she is so kind and welcoming. It’s very comforting. I love looking out the window at the bird feeders they’ve set out that attract birds, rock chucks, deer, you name it. It’s calming to see the animals while getting fillings put in lol They have iPads so you can watch Netflix if you’d like. They offer hot beverages in the lobby and always have great give away items like lip balm, really nice pens and pint glasses among other things. The front office staff is amazing as well. Everyone in this practice is kind and welcoming. They even make the financial part not seem so terrible when they sit you down and show you estimates, which I appreciate and respect. I am currently doing invisible aligners through Mill Point Dental and am so excited to have them on my team as I straighten my teeth and fix up my smile! I can’t say enough good about this office, I won’t be going anywhere else...

My wisdom teeth starting hurting at the start of the pandemic and Dr Mike went above and beyond to assist me. He stayed in constant contact with me till we were able to resolve the issue. The trust is now built and I will surely return if I ever have any dental needs.

I just had 3-hours of work done by Dr. Mike with Brittany assisting. I recently moved to Bend and this is only my second visit to Mill Point, so I was a little apprehensive at the start. I now know there was absolutely no reason to worry, and I strongly recommend Mill Point and Dr. Mike. The entire team at Mill Point is very friendly and that made me feel welcome right away, but there was still that moment when I sat down in "the chair" knowing I would be there for three hours. However, Brittany began by explaining what would happen (including that there would be breaks in the work when I could walk around if i wanted), and then Dr, Mike confirmed all that, with details, and fully answered my questions.Then he and Brittany got to work. Their obvious teamwork and confidence in each other was very reassuring and I relaxed, feeling that I was in good hands. We soon were having light-hearted conversation and I almost forgot about the actual work that was going on. I couldn't ask for a better place to have dental work done. Bob

I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, yet Mill Point Dental always makes me feel at ease. I got a crown replaced in March 2018 by my old dentist. I wasn't able to chew on it without it hurting so he put me on antibiotics. That did not help so he sent me to an endodontist who said I did not need a root canal. Finally my dentist said we may have to pull the tooth. I cried in the chair and left never to go back there again. I went to 2 other dentists and neither could figure out the problem. Finally I ended up at Mill Point. I first saw Dr. Chelsea and I could tell from the moment we met that she was determined to figure out the problem and save my tooth. She first thought it may have been a slight sinus infection but after a round of antibiotics the pain was still there. Next she sent me to a different endodontist to check again. This time the doctor determined it was the tooth next to the "problem tooth" that needed the root canal. I had the root canal done and voila 21 months later I can chew on my left side again!! Thank you Dr. Chelsea for your persistence and dedication. I also have seen Dr. Mike for another crown replacement and I have to say it was one of the easiest and stress free experiences I have had in the dental chair. Everyone in this office is friendly, warm and welcoming. Thank you Mill Point!!
