Staff/Service has always been great, but now they are making out of network patients pay up front rather than billing insurance directly.
I have insurance for a reason and I have never had trouble with my insurance paying them and coming up with almost $400 out of pocket is a lot.
Sadly this resulted in seeing another dentist that will bill my insurance.

It's been a long while since my last visit, my the technology in the office is great from doing ex-rays and explaining clearly what needs to be done and seeing pictures from the screen helped me see and made sense to me work that needs done. Friendly atmosphere all around. Dr. Matt is great explaining my needs. Front office very very friendly too.

This has been one of the best visits to a dentist of my entire life. Doctor Michelle Crabtree and her assistant were friendly and extremely informative. I loved that they did not dumb down the information but explained clearly the modern ways of dentistry. I can't wait until I get to go back and get the next part of my dental procedures done. This business is a little less than 2 hours away, and worth the entire trip! Thank you, Dr. Crabtree!

So many experiences here that were griddy. One morning I was the first patient and everyone joked about not wanting to take the ohp patient. It made me ashamed. Another time I was asking about veneers out of curiosity about how one finances them. I was laughed at and told maybe if I won the lottery. It made me cry when I got home. Getting an appointment is stupid. Getting seen is never to impossible. I came to burns with beautiful teeth and left with an upper denture and 5 bottom teeth. I had 9 teeth removed at one and wasn't stitched at all. I got dry sockets and ended up in the er. My dr was shocked and upset. If you love yourself even a little go someplace else. This is only a small example of things I dealt with.

Dr Matt always takes care of me. I am a patient that is hard to numb and hates coming to the dentist. He takes his time, makes sure everything is explained and that I do not feel a thing. The crew is patient with me and let's me wear ear buds so I don't have to hear the drill. Lol.
