Dr. Thomas has been my dentist since 2008 and I can honestly say that he and his staff have given me only the best of care throughout the years. Most recently, I was in the chair and mentioned to Dr. Thomas that my new crown made me feel that there was always something in between my teeth. He looked at it and said that it looked fine. So mentally I was accepting his explanation as I was waiting for the pain medication to numb me up for the last procedure. Dr. Thomas returned 10 minutes later and told me that he reviewed the pictures of my new crown. He said that he understood why I mentioned the problem and that he would like to redo the crown for me. He apologized that it would require another 2 hour visit so he could to measure and create the new crown for me ( at no cost to me). Well, I can report that I now have the new crown and it feels GREAT! Not only is Dr. Thomas a great dentist, he is also a great business man that puts the needs of his customers before his own. As a result, he will remain to be an outstanding dentist.

Not doubt, started going here at DFD.... about year and half ago... best choice i have made. Have had some emergencies and were directed to come here too, prior to being a regular, and they've been most helpful!

What can I say? This is absolutely, hands down the best dentistry I've ever been to. Why? Because they cater to cowards and they don't judge. No hidden fees. No surprises with your dental work and very accommodating to your insurance limits. They are kind, courteous, and understanding of the fact that some of us were traumatized early on by bad dentists. My only regret is that I didn't go to them sooner. They feel like friends and family and make your experience personal.

I have been going to Dundee Family Dentistry for years and they are always professional and very nice. We have minimal insurance and they have been very helpful by letting us know what things need to be done immediately and what can wait a for a later date, thus spreading the money out of pocket to several months instead of all due now.
