Erickson Dental Care

Last week I had an emergency dental problem. Dr. Sten Erickson changed his schedule to help, and arranged to see me within hours of my call. Dr. Sten and his staff were efficient, friendly and professional. Frankly, I felt I paid almost too little for the quality services they provided. When was the last time you could say that about your dentist? 5 stars to Dr. Sten and his business!

If you want the most articulate and talented women and men, look no further then Erickson Dental Care. I have spent six years making precise plans with Erickson Dental Care to replace the 6 adult teeth I was born without. As of this month I can truthfully say I was given the best replacement teeth I could hope for. Not only was this (exceedingly friendly and personable) staff deeply concerned with the result of my smile but they also had an unfailing attention to detail that is outstanding. They also communicated with an orthodontist and maxillofacial surgeon while I was on the East Coast for 6 years to make sure my smile was unique and up to par with my high standards. This team deserves a standing ovation.

While working with Erikson Dental Care throughout the past year, I have to say, consistency and staff/scheduling (Melanie) have uncommon patience with me. Dr. Sten and his team continue to amaze me with their cutting edge knowledge, care and thankfully their sense of humor. I am humbled to be allowed to be under their care. Thank you Dr. Sten for understanding what it is that I am Uttering during procedures, which impresses me the most.

Erickson Dental reached out to me to check on me the same day. I was informed the hours on Google are inaccurate. They close at 4pm on Fridays. I have updated the rating to reflect their quick follow up and professionalism.

Called 6 minutes before they close on a Friday. Got an answering service that was unable to schedule an appointment for tooth pain and advised me to call back Monday morning. I know there are people that will say, "oh you shouldn't call so close to the closing time" but if your hours are listed until 1700 hours, THEN BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE TIME YOU LISTED.

Regarding their care otherwise, it's okay. Had a crown done and it popped off a couple days after. They were able to fix it but I'm not impressed considering they charge more than other dentist offices I've been to.

If you are not totally in love with your current dental provider, come visit this family! As a patient you will feel like part of the process rather than just a number in an appointment book. You will not have to wonder what is going on in your mouth as you lay back in a helpless position: the care giver explains what is happening as they go about taking care of your needs. Most people will stay with what they know even if they are not getting what they really need. This is the best change I have made in my personal health care. My thanks to the doctors and staff! You rock!

I called Dr. Sten Erickson with the complaint of extreme tooth pain on a friday afternoon. Not only did he drop what he was doing on his day off and come into the office to see me, he made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. As someone with an aversion to dentists, this is not an easy task. Dr. Erickson kept me well informed of my options, explained the procedure to me and discharged me with instructions and pain medication to get me through the weekend. I cannot thank Dr. Erickson and his staff enough for taking the time to make me feel like such a valued patient. I will definitely be back.

The dentists do quality work that lasts. The entire staff are warm and welcoming. The hygienists are instructive and supportive. They obtain pre-authorization from insurance companies for procedures and are very clear on cost and options. You feel like family when you walk into the office. I am very pleased with every aspect of their care.

Best experience we could of asked for! Dr. Sten Erickson rearranged his schedule after realizing I had an issue with one of my teeth that needed to be taken care of right away. By the end of the week my pain was gone, everything was fixed, and I just knew I was in the hands of an excellent, professional, fun dental practice.

Even though I needed to switch between dentists halfway through filling my cavities (6 cavities, 3 appointments) I found the whole process comfortable and sometimes even enjoyable. They made sure to take my anxiety into account and worked with me when I felt uncomfortable about a particular step in the treatment process. Double kudos to Melanie, who worked with me when setting up appointments, and made me feel welcome in a new place.

Very fun, professional staff. Liz made me comfortable while she made sure I got the best schedule for me. During the procedure, Dr Erikson was very kind and methodical. The extraction took less time than applying the local anesthetic did. Would reccommend the 2:30 appt.
