I have a small mouth and bad gag reflex, 2 things that make it harder for dentist. They were very considerate of me and changed things up to make it more comfortable for me even if it was less convenient for them. This place is the best!

Had a crown appt today. How is it possible to place a crown in one visit from start to finish? 2 hrs and the crown fit perfectly. I have never seen this happen before in any other dental office. They have a special high tech machine that cuts the crown for you in minutes while you wait. No more waiting 2 weeks for your second appointment with a temporary crown. Thank you for the unparalled service and customer care.

This office is like your favorite bar, only there is no alcohol, it's clean, and the people are gorgeous and cool BEFORE you consume 8 beverages.

More Update: Not only has this office somehow managed to capture as staff the best looking people in Oregon, Dr. Shim's receiving accolades from my orthodontist and his staff for his veneer work. They had to look at their charts to determine which teeth had veneers. I'm telling you THIS is the place you want in your mouth, kids.

Today I was seen for a cleaning & severe TMJ pain. My dental hygienist was very gentle & had the best bedside manner. In addition, I had a thorough consult with Dr. Shim & was also seen by Dr. Pak, who injected me with Botox in my masseters. I was very satisfied because I felt like all my questions & concerns were fully addressed. Moreover, I was offered all the treatment options & given reassurance of follow up as needed. I definitely feel taken care of at Premier Dentistry & look forward to my appointments!

Absolutely amazing place to have your teeth worked on. Everyone is incredibly nice. Very professional. And if I can fall asleep every time I get work done and never hurting when I leave explains how good Dr. Shim really is. I’d give more stars but only allowed to give 5.
