Another great visit to La Pine Dental, Meghan excitedly greeted me by name as I walked in. Jen came and took me back within 3 minutes of walking in the door. She remembered all about what we had talked about my previous visit and as always she was very gentle while cleaning my teeth. The office manager Michelle took the time to come and check in with me for a few minutes and see how I was doing. I really enjoy how much patient care is prioritized at La Pine Dental. I always feel like they are excited to see me when I come in the door, and I look forward to my next visit.

Okay I have a huge fear of dentist and then to have to have 2 teeth pulled one that was greatly infected. Dr. Allen and Michelle were so gentle and patient with me. They were attune to my flinches and would give me more Novocain. Knowing I have several more teeth to be pulled before my partials I can go in confidently and without fear. I also appreciate how there was no judging from the staff especially Dr. Allen about my terrible teeth. He continually reassured me that it was okay/ I also appreciate how Michelle took time before and after to make sure I was alright and understood what not to do. Although we are moving over to the valley we will continue to coming to La Pine Dental as the experience is amazing!

This was my first visit at La Pine Dental n as I came in I was greeted by the ladies at the front desk, as should be. Sharon was very thorough on taking care of my insurance information n she even gave me a hug, I welcome all hugs.🤗. Michelle, whom I knew from church, came out from the back room n said hello n gave me a hug. I felt like I scored.
I am the type of person that if I make someone laugh or even smile then I fulfilled my goal for the day. Sandra, who did my ex ray, was very patient, kind n had a sense of humor. We had a couple of laugh's. Oh, ya, Dr Allen was very nice as well. I will be going back. ☺️

When I moved back to Oregon and got OHP Icalled the La Pine Dental who I used to have prior moving to Washington and they informed me that they weren't taking any more new clients luckily the receptionist discovered I wasn't a new client that I was established here at La Pine Dental... I was able to keep my dentist. Dr. Allen has been one of the most gentle dentists I have met, of course shots hurt especially the roof however he makes sure that it is done gently. I've had fillings, extractions, parcels, x rays, and cleanings, and they are currently making my dentures. When I told him I didn't think I was going to be able to be awake for the extraction of 15 teeth he didn't try to talk me out of it so that the extractions would be done by him ( which I have had a dentist do) he told me that my comfort and ease of mind were what matter and gave me referrals to 2 different oral surgeons. I could not be happier with Lapine Dental. Always friendly, Michelle, depending on the day either helps fill in in the back or greets you with a warm smile that even with the forced masks I can see and feel because it reaches her eyes. I would recommend Dr Stephen Allen and his staff at LA Pine dental any day of the week!

I love Dr. Allen and staff! Everytime I go there-they are friendly, caring, and so very helpful! They will do whatever is they possibly can to get us in on short notice, they are quick yet take the time to get to know you! Michelle is great to work with if there is any type of issue, Megan is so sweet and wonderful at the front desk, AND Nicole is soooo great for my cleanings! If you need a great family dentist in LP, La Pine Dental is the place to go!!

I really enjoyed my experience here. Dr. Allen has been through 2 extraction and working on saving the rest because I made poor decisions. He is awesome at letting you know what is going on through every process, very good communication. That is very important good or bad. Nicole my hygienist is amazing I always enjoy our time and conversations while she cleans my teeth she needs a raise. Sandra was awesome while assisting Dr. Allen they moved very fast as a team. She made sure I was comfortable and giving me sun glasses talking about germany, traveling and family. All three of you make a great team. Thank you for everything that you guys do for me and my family.
