Have been in to the office twice now and both times have had very good experience s, professional and personable staff plus Dr. Flowers takes the edge off with her pleasant and informative banter.

Dr. Flowers is amazing!! I recently had a crown performed and couldn't be happier with my experience. I would recommend this office to anyone.

If you want a nice and friendly staff and dentist this would be the place to go but just know this: If your loved one is suffering greatly with tooth pain and can’t be seen by the specialist until the morning know that Dr Random will make no effort to help. I asked him for 5 pain pills to get my husband through the night and he declined. (My husband has no history of addiction) I hope no one else has to go through this experience!

Warm, friendly, and professional. I needed to have a tooth pulled. I was in and out in under 40 minutes. It went so quickly they charged me less than originally quoted. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Lakeside Family Dentistry. The best I've HAD!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Went in for an emergecy appt. didn't have my established dentist of over 4 years come into the room, instead I had some 70 year old man with extremely gross looking skin (who I honestly do not want near my face) without establishing who he is at all just stick tools in my mouth from behind my head and start poking around at other teeth I was not there for. I sat up real quick confused and looked at him and said ummm where's my dentist. He then says well he's only here on tuesdays. I begin to try to explain that my dentist and I have a plan worked out and this is the plan and to give me a minute because he scared me because I honestly had no idea who this guy was!! He said well you're here on an emergency appt (took two weeks to get that appt by itself) so we are on a time frame so we do this now or you can go and come back later. I started to cry feeling terrible about the situation and he continues to just make me feel worse and worse by threatening to call the cops on me because I call my husband and try telling him what's going on and he didn't want me on the phone in his office waiting room. I'm extremely upset and dissappointed in this office. I just honestly can't believe the unprofessionalism.

I would NOT go here. I had a cleaning scheduled. I called and told them I had a knot on the side of my jaw. They said come and they would have a dentist look at it..... Well he said go ahead and clean. The lady who did the cleaning thought my jaw could be dislocated and said I would hurt worse and she didn't want to take that chance. I agreed and did reschedule until someone looked at my jaw. I was walking to my car when the girl at the front desk came running out of the office stating "You owe for the cancellation." I said excuse me? Not only will the dentist do work on a "possiable" now dislocated jaw and neck disc but you owe... If you don't cancel 24 hour's before- You must pay. I am a disabled veteran. I live in 24 hour pain..... Unreal. I would never go back. She actually chased me out to my car . Yes I have 2 MRI's..... discated on both sides and dislocation disc in the neck.

Awesome service. Kind, funny, and prompt. No long wait no pain. Had a broken wisdom tooth. They saw me the next day and I was out of his office in about an hour. I'll be back for a cleaning for sure.

Dr Langdon and his assistant Nicole were awesome. I really don’t like don’t like the dentist, but it was over before I knew it!

Had a crown placed ,they said it was going to be 500 . Once it was placed they said they made a mistake and that it now 1000.00 Does this happen often . So any way I was not about to pay 1000 for somting I was told was only 500 and now I'm in collections and they have band me from there facility .

They kicked me out of the office and told me not to come back after I asked for a moment because of my anxiety, the dentist took it personally and made a giant scene in the office. Will not be returning.
