I just called trying to get pricing for composite bonding, the receptionist is very rude. “ who are you?” I stated my name and said I was not a current patient. Again she said “who are you?!” And I asked if she had a hard time hearing me? My name was Sasha ect” and again “I can’t help you” is there someone in the office that can?
“No no leave your number or call back or call someone else” excuse me? No you’re very rude I had a simple question and she was very rude

I had an abscessed dead tooth that needed extraction. Evans Street Dental was able to see me within an hour of my request for an emergency appointment. I received excellent professional care delivered with a very thoughtful and pleasant bedside manner. It was as enjoyable an experience as a tooth extraction can possibly be :D

Awesome Dental office! really friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and warm waiting room. Easily my favorite dental office I have been too. Going to a new dentist from one state to another is always anxiety-inducing, at least for me. We are new to McMinnville and had no idea where to start; thankfully Dr. Ramsay had an ad in our parish bulletin. Her front office was so friendly on the phone and answered all my questions; she called my insurance to make sure I was covered then called me back. My appt. with Dr. Ramsay went beautifully and her dental hygienist was great and fun to talk to. Both she and Dr. Ramsay took the time to answer all my questions and did not suggest extra options that would cost more, even when I asked for them. I am thrilled to have found this practice. Her staff is always helpful and friendly and will call you if there's a cancellation so you can get in sooner. Highly recommend!
