Been trying to get ahold of someone for over two weeks about an impacted wisdom tooth. Leaving voicemails, and calling multiple times a day, but no one will answer. Wont return phone calls on something that needs a dentist’s service. Absolutely hate that OHP only gave me this dentist option, and I wish I could afford to go somewhere else where they treat their patients with respect. I’m absolutely shocked this one is still in business. I would never recommend this ‘professional’.

Won't pick up my phone calls or return my voicemails... Been trying to set up an appointment for months. UPDATE: I have a a small tooth fragment the the dentist left in my jaw after pulling a tooth months ago. It hurts and I was fed up with not getting an answer from these people. So I used *67 and called with an unavailable caller ID and sure enough, I got an answer and was able to set up an appointment...that was until I questioned as to why they weren't picking up my phone calls, which the lady would not answer. I'm switching dentist and I'm GLAD.

I have been seeing Dr Hampton for the last year and a half to two years and have found Siskiyou Dental to be a very good place to come for my dental needs. Dr Hampton helped me get an implant done, he has done all the follow ups and I'm very pleased. Everyone has been very nice and I would recommend coming here to my friends and family.

This place is absolutely horrible, the receptionist is beyond rude every time I’ve called. This is not a professional dentist office they never return calls regarding very important issues. Very dishonest and disrespectful from the min you walk in. Kip Hampton should be ashamed of the service he provides at this office. And to allow the receptionist to continue to treat patients like she does is so disappointing.
Please do yourself a favor and never take your family here. 0-10

Every single tooth he has worked on I’ve had to have root canals on. I had no idea there was still some cavity left when he did my filling. I don’t go to the dentist very often unless I have a problem, but when I did they said there is still decay under the fillings! I’ve now had 3 root canals from decay being under my filling so it kept eating away at my tooth. Such a bummer! Now I know do regular check ups! An I’m glad I switched to a different office!

Horrible. Stay at home mom of 3. Lady at the front desk was rude to me as soon as I walked in with my 3 kids. They would not help me out so i could get my app that I had made months ago and told them then I'd be bringing my kids. Then told me it was impossible even though my kids sit and listen well. I told them there's no way I could come back without them husband works I got no one else to watch them that I trust. So they told me to find a new dentist and told me to leave after being very rude and aggressive in front of my children.

It 5:35 in the am and some extremely rude Lady pretty much just hung up on me. It's a shame the filth people allow to work in customer care services. I'm in pain and needed information. Please hear people out before you decide it's not important to YOU. Absolutely disgusted and I will be speaking to HR on the matter.

Absolutely horrible. The dentist blows off legit infections. The lady at the front desk is the rudest woman I’ve encountered in a medical profession type job. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. F-
Also, if you have kids you may as well have the plague. They treat you and the kids horribly. This should NOT be a family dentist practice and should have a sign saying “no kids allowed”.

When I first called to set up an appointment the lady was very curt but i figured maybe she was having a bad day. When I arrived at my appointment I wanted my spouse to go back with me and the technician was so rude about it and practically shut the door on me as she said, nope you can’t go back! I’m not sure how this practice stays open but customer service is definitely not something they pride themselves on.

Always been great before. Now for last 4 months no one will answer phone or return my calls.
