Advantage Dental+ | Oregon City

Dr. Khan and his dental assistant are exceptional!! Go see them!! I just wish my $1,200 crown was covered by insurance. I'm going to see if the corporate can help me.

I have had Advantage Dental now since 11/2018 . I had a different insurance plan before choosing Advantage and wasn't impressed. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire Oregon City staff.They are kind,informative, efficient, and willing to help you the best possible. I have had exceptional service and quite Thankful! Thank you Dr.Joseph, Jackie,Zoya and Sarah.

Clackamas and Oregon city office's are completely unprofessional. My daughter was seen last month at the Clackamas office and referred up to the O.C. office. I get there today with my daughter for her appointment and waited for 45 minutes. Was told they were trying to get the exrays sent to them from Clackamas but, no one would answer. So, I asked if I could rescedule instead of waiting any longer. I was told sure and that they would get her on the schedule a.s.a.p because she has teeth pain. I get to the receptionist only to be told September would be the soonest. She then asks the doctor comes back and tells me I could come back later. ( I don't live close) at that point I was very frustrated. I call the Clackamas office to see what is going on, and that receptionist was completely unprofessional sounding. Spoke to me in a tone of voice that should never be used in a doctor's or dentist office. I'm deffently filling out a complaint to both place and I will never bring my children back to either place. My child's teeth pain matters to me! I guess OHP patients don't matter to these people.

I have had a good experience here. Dr. Waleed is great and so is all the staff. My daughter loves her dentist (forgot his name) he's very personable and understanding of her needs and realistic about teenagers.

With my insurance plan ending soon, I needed to get to a dentist ASAP. While it was apparent that they fill up quickly, the team at Advantage Dental was able to get me in for a consultation within a few days of contacting them due to a cancellation. They were then able to see me that same afternoon for the rest of my work. While I don't think this is typical and I know I got lucky, the team was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive.

Being someone who gets very anxious at the dentist, the dental assistant, Preston, calmed my nerves with ease by keeping me laughing and distracted. Both appointments were an absolute breeze because of him. Thank you, Preston!

I came into this clinic by referral from my primary dentist to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. Doctor Kae Cheng was my doctor this day and he was absolutely amazing!
He was gentle and kind and would warn me ahead of time if it was going to be a little rough. I'm so happy I was referred to him. I have heard horror stories of getting wisdom teeth taken out but he and his assistant were absolutely wonderful.

The clinic itself was very clean and professional.

Amazing service and care. I needed emergency care for my niece and nephew and Sara went out of her way to help me navigate OHP to get them covered. The dentist and assistants were very helpful and encouraging to both teenagers who were in a lot of pain. A good plan has been made to get their dental issues taken care of. I am so thankful. We were assigned a different dental group in OHP but even though we live in SW Portland I chose to continue coming to the Oregon City group. I am so thankful for their support and care.

Unfortunately in this industry being nice doesn’t cut it. I had a night guard fitted for me twice and it still didn’t fit. I paid $300 for it. One of the dentists was hitting on me until I said I had a boyfriend and then he turned mean really quick. The other dentist decided that just numbing me up and drilling on my tooth and not putting a filling on it would be ok. I got a filling another time and told them there wasn’t enough filling on the tooth because I can’t even chew on the right side of my mouth anymore because of all the work they have “done”. They kept telling me there was enough and it was done right... so I’m not sure how much I’ll have to pay or where I’ll go to get all my teeth fixed now!!!

When I arrived for my filling it was with some trepidation, but as I sat in the chair I was given a numbing gel that made this the beginning of the most pain free filling I’ve ever had! The assistant then placed a bite block in my mouth and lovely soft piece of cotton in my cheek to protect it! The procedure was so smooth and painless, that I was able to drift off into a zen like state of meditation! Before I knew it I was done and back to the real world of traffic and crazy drivers! Thank you Advantage Dental Oregon City!!

I recently got my wisdom teeth removed at the Oregon City Advantage Dental office.
The Dr named Kae Cheng is the most professional Dr their is.
He did an excellent work with his assistant.
I would recommend anyone getting their wisdom removed to come here.
I had an excellent experience.
