Chris, the dental hygienists, is so kind and did a great job smoothing out a very hurt tooth. I highly recommend this establishment. I was afraid when I saw the bad reviews. My experience was perfect! No wait time and my tooth feels amazing!

I scheduled my march appointment in November due to them being booked out. I understand the need to be booked out and I was just looking to get a cleaning and exam as it had been several years since my last cleaning so I had no problem waiting. Day of my appointment they asked for me to be there 15 min early but didn’t open the doors for another 10 min. What ever it was early I get it. Nurse and doctor were nice but after my X-ray and a very short look by the doctor they said I was done (only 30 minutes total)and would have to schedule again for my cleaning! Not including another visit for minor cavity fills. So why was I not told in November that I would need multiple visits as I would have scheduled then. I would have understood if I needed advanced cleaning or work but they should have scheduled time for a basic cleaning. I’m glad my insurance is covering this as other than X-rays I feel like they didn’t do anything.

Welcome to Socialized Medicine. Advantage Dentil Group doesn't care about their patients or their employees. Last Feb. 2022 I had a tooth that was abscessed under a steel filling. No one would answer the emergency care phone number and the soonest that Pendleton, M.F. or Hermiston could see me was three weeks. I could not wait since I was in the ER twice because I was unable to keep my anti-rejection (kidney transplant) meds down. I got in to see a dentist, had it pulled and paid cash. Now I have a broken tooth, made appointment to have it pulled. I could be seen in a week. At the appointment they x-rayed the tooth, the dentist came in and said it was down to the pulp and needed to come out, he was so overbooked I was put on antibiotics and the soonest appointment at any of the three locations is two months away. I called the dentist I went to last time and was told they could not take me as a cash customer because Advantage Dentil was who I was assigned to. Advantage Dentil has a contract with Oregon to provide coverage and will not hire the personal to cover the demand. Now they made it where you cannot go anywhere else, even thou they are unable to do their job.

I've had a broken tooth for almost 6 days now, at first the pain was almost unbearable without some kind of numbing medicine but at this point after calling this office 3 times without one answer or call back like the automated voice promised within the next business day, I believe the nerve is finally dead or something close to that. If this is the service everyone is treated to when trying to get any kind of dental work done im surprised that this office isn't out of business.

If I could give a higher review I would! My tooth has hurt for over 3 years. I was in and out in under 30 minutes with my tooth pulled. I felt no pain what so ever, not even in post surgery pain! Thank you so much, my life is truly greater from your care.

I had a broken tooth and it was causing me a tremendous amount of pain especially at night I was getting no sleep until I got into my dentist for emergency appointment and there is now a new dentist there and he was absolutely amazing I am always terrified of dentists and dental work but he was awesome and made sure I was comfortable before he pulled my tooth!!! I was done in minutes and now I already feel 10 times better thank you advantage dental 😁 you guys are really amazing!!!

The office staff, assistants and dentist are nice and enough. They work with patients scheduling well. But I feel that they never had any idea what they were doing when it came to billing. I had a crown done and they told me the cost of the crown after insurance pays, and what insurance would cover. I agreed and paid the out of pocket costs up front (they don’t take payment plans like most other dental offices) and I thought it was expensive but I just paid it anyways. My friend said she was getting a crown here too and we talked about it and coincidentally we were getting the same type. She only paid around $200 out of pocket when I paid over $900! Her insurance only covers 10% more than mine does for a crown. Those numbers just don’t add up. Come to find out, Advantage Dental never even billed my insurance they just charged me full price out of pocket. They said they would send me a check back for $700 something and bill my insurance. This was 2 MONTHS ago! I call frequently to check on the status and the front desk tells me that the claim has been submitted and it is pending. But I call my insurance and they do not see it whatsoever, there is nothing in pending. It’s extremely unprofessional to leave your patients hanging and not send them their refund when the office/billing department made a mistake like this. I don’t understand how you can forget to bill a patient’s insurance. I will never be coming back, but I will keep pushing to get my refund until I get it. Make sure you double check all your paperwork before you get any work done here that they are charging you the correct amount and billing your insurance.

Upon arrival, the staff always has a friendly welcome waiting. Regarding the level of care and service this dental office has provided me, they are beyond reproach. Having dealt with bad teeth my entire life (not from lack of effort) it was a constant pain, however, the professionals at Advantage Dental in Pendleton Oregon had no trouble giving me back my smile.

Had a misunderstanding with them but things were worked out quickly and they are my dentist again. They fit you in in emergency cases when they can and try to do things right but help save you money too. I recommend them.
