Huge thanks and kudos to Dr. Walker and the entire staff at Medical Center Dental. Everyone went above and beyond to help a 4 year old child who was lost in the system and in pain. Each member touched our grandson in a positive way. He is now healing from his successful dental surgery. He had prior experiences on the west side of the state and box store dental leaving him with inadequate care and emotional trauma from the experience. The positives here with this Dentist and his staff left a lasting impression and made a huge difference in the way a very young child views "going to "Dr. Tooth". Thanks from a grandma who had great difficulty navigating a confusing insurance system. The only feedback I can give is, please don't change the way you treat the kids... you are ALL amazing! My interactions with Dr. Walker and staff have always been very positive. I'm not sure that going to the dentist will ever be described as "fun," but this office and their level of care certainly take the pain and suffering out of the equation. Learning I have options for a lousy tooth is a relief.
