I would recommend going here for emergencies. They will take care of you if you have proper payment. I would recommend that you make 100% sure that you have ALL the CORRECT information FROM the office before leaving an appointment, scheduling an appointment, and confirming an appointment. Team members being on the same page, sharing PLANNED PROCEDURES,and compassion are NOT strong points for this office. I do hope this is an isolated incident but unfortunately the attitude I received from the doctor was unacceptable. A poor attitude and even worse answers to questions made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and ultimately led to leaving BEFORE my procedure. Trust is a big part of choices... NOBODY with an attitude is going to put their hands anywhere on me, especially in my mouth. I did attempt to contact the office via email and have received no answer. As I said, I do recommend this office but be very attentive... your peace of mind and safety are important.

My husband was having awful pain on a Friday afternoon. He called so many dentist and finally found out Sunrise is open on Saturday. He walked in on Saturday and received great care! He was feeling better the next day and got his tooth fixed. Thank you so much Sunrise Dental!!!!

Dentist needs to work on bedside manner. It took 2 hours to pull 1 tooth and he kept saying things like " im trying to decide if you were my daughter if i would keep going" so he knew he something wasnt right it wasnt coming out right. After an hour he said " im gonna give it 30 more mins then in gonna stop" so he knew he was having a hard time trying to pull the tooth and it wasnt coming out and knew i needed to be sent to a specialist but he just kept going and after all that he left a piece of my tooth deep in my gums and it got infected. Iwas out of work for a week and would only give me a drs note for 3 days.

I've never had a more horrible dental experience in my life!!!! I had a tooth extracted and the whole side of my face is bruised and swollen. They caught my tongue several times and it looks like raw hamburger a day later. The dentist had no bedside manner and I felt like cattle being run thru the system. This picture shows the external bruising a week later. I haven't been able to eat anything but yogurt and broth for a week because of my tongue being so swollen and being unable to open my mouth to take an actual bite of anything. Thank goodness for pain pills because I wouldn't be able to get thru the day or night without them. I still can't sleep on my left side and need 3 pillows to elevate my head to alleviate mouth pain.

I have been to many dentists in the past. I have never been as pleased as I am with Dr. Choi and his team. They all are so polite and professional. They took very good care of me. The set of partials they made for me are wonderful. Highly recommend

I’ve been going to sunrise dental for the last two years and can say that I have had nothing but great experiences. Even when I have had an emergency situation they got me in fast and took great care of me. Both Dr. Choi and Dr. Q are great.

Just came in today as a walk-in for an emergency as I cracked my tooth the night before. Everyone in this office was absolutely wonderful and provided a really welcoming and great experience in spite of the circumstances. I’m now one tooth fewer (RIP tooth), bone grafted, and all set up to get an implant in the next few months. My jaw is hurting but I’m still smiling and I’ve just found my new dentist in Salem! Thank you Dr Choi and crew! You’ve made a pretty miserable life event all the more pleasant with your excellent service and I’m so grateful! Will be bringing my hubby in next for his preventative care :)

I’m from out of state and had an unexpected tooth problem. This clinic took me as a walk in and immediately treated my pain and tooth. Amazing! I’ve never been able to get into a dentist so fast and also get the best care I’ve ever experienced at a dentist. I ended up needing a root canal and NEVER felt pain, not even once, through the entire procedure. The doctor explained everything to me, showed me pictures, and made sure I understood everything. This place is amazing. I wish I lived here because I’d make this my permanent dentist!!!! Hands down recommend!

Got me in immediately, they were quick, affordable, friendly, professional, clean and by far the best dentist I’ve gone to.
